Hi, I had very bad & frustrating experience with "Happy Easy Go" for the flight booking service. I booked the flight on 08.02.2020 for journey in May 2020; and the flight got cancelled due to Covid pandemic.
From then onwards I am following up with their customer care. Very rude & bad response from the email support centre & call centre & directing me to call/contact airline directly.
If I have to contact the airline - then whats is the use of this " Happy Easy Go" and why they are charging convenience fee & what kind of convenience are we getting?
Its my money & I should get my refund, so I contacted the airline and got the refund confirmed on 15October2020 & this money got credited to Happy Easy go. From then onwards the money is with them. ThisFraud company is keeping our money & not returing back to the customers. After So many calls & follow ups they said they have received the amount and again it will take 1 more month for the refund after deducting the Happy Easy go Convenience fee.
I dont understand why I should pay 2 convenience fees - 1. To Airline 2. Happy easy go. Really its a hectic & awful exprience to deal with such a bad company, poor service & professionalism. They are not even obeying the Supreme court rule and cheating/luring the customers. We should stop using them and try to report to the concerned govt agency to look into this matter.

It is worst app to book flights tickets, Better to go MakeMyTrip, Flipkart, Paytm for flights booking, they're professional what they say, they do on given time frame, Here what happening to me by Happyeasygo, i've booked flight ticket, my journey has cancelled by airlines(Spicejet) and I've initiated refund from airlines too on 15-jun-2020, then they were said to wait 45-days, when complete 45-days again said to wait 45 days, means wait for 90 days, again 90 days completed these cheaters, fraudsters saying to wait 10 days for validation, again 10 days completed then again they are saying to wait more 15 days.
Not understanding what to do, feeling like cheated, sucked. Already called customer care more than 50-times in 105 days and E-mailed more than 20 times, all recording and Email chain I have, if anyone can suggest me what & where should I go for justice, I've every proof.

Booked flight ticket for March 4, amount deducted, payment processed, No PNR, No ticket confirmation. When all other booking websites/Apps will get you the PNR for the booked tics immediately, only this HEG will take more than 14-15 hours after payment processing, to just let you know that the airlines have increased the price & booking cannot be done. All this will happen only if you rigorously follow-up with their customer care 5-10times in that 14-15hrs of their processing time. Post that they will insist you to cancel the ticket from your end, for God's sake you don't cancel the tic from your end, you let them cancel & process your refund for the amount you paid. Refund processing takes another 5-7 business days, if you are lucky. I read comments where customers didn't get their money even after 3 months. Phew! So in that way, they will hold your money for whatsoever days, earn interest & pay their very very very efficient customer care officers who greet you nicely, have every info of your booking, previous calls data etc etc, & keep saying until 5-6th call that, booking will be confirmed in next 1hrs, 2hrs & even 4hrs. With my personal experience, I beg people, not to fall prey to these HEG & their name sake discounts. Even if it's 100-200bucks more, pls book on Goibibo or MMT or any other trusted partners to get your confirmed booking once your payment is confirmed..

Dont book any ticket in Happyeasygo website. It is fraud company. There is huge difference in booking amount actual ticket. Bib Big cheater...
