"HappyEasyGo" makes travellers very unhappy"

It is a travel portal which lures travellers with petty discounts but once trapped, it does not return the refunds to them on cancellation of a flight even after getting it back from the airline.
( Example: Order ID: **************159).

We booked a flight 6E911, which was cancelled by Indigo & full refund was given to travel agency HappyEasyGo on 18th March 2020.
But it is not returning this refund amount to us despite repeated requests. Details:

We sent 6 emails dated 17th, 18th, 27th, 28th, 30th March & 7th April 2020 on the subject. Got 2 interim responses by HEG ( from Sh. Ranjeet Kumar on 27th March & Sh. Vasu Singhal on 28th March 2020). After that there is total silence & no refund!

2. The airline (Indigo) has already confirmed that:
I) Our booking has been cancelled on 17th March 2020 at 19.12 hrs.
Ii) Full refund of Rs 9616 (without any deduction) in monitory form (cash) has been given to HEG on 18th March 2020,
Iii) This refund is NOT in a Credit Shell.
Iv) Two emails to this effect sent by Indigo from Mr. Muneeb Nazir on 30th March 2020 and Ms. Stuti on 7th April 2020, have already been forwarded by us to HEG same day.

3. It was assured by HEG (Sh. Ranjeet Kumar) that " If the airline would be giving the full refund then HappyEasyGo would also initiate the same. The refund amount will be initiated in the same mode of payment of yours."

4. Yet HEG is not paying back the refund amount of Rs. 9200/- paid by us at the time of the booking, despite having received it already from Indigo on 18th March 2020.

5. We have not received any reply or acknowledgement from HEG after our last 2 emails of 30th March and 7th April 2020.

6. On going through google reviews about HEG, we find it has been treating many travellers in a similar manner.

7. We would advise - Better if all future travellers keep away from HappyEasyGo!
