Placing my first order was a breeze with support and help from HFS. Their site was very informative and the support reps were quick to answer questions. The part I like the most was the online order tracking system.
This takes so much worry out of ordering.
Well after I saw people whining on here I was frightened. I ordered my sons Doxepin from them and it worked out great. Received the product in 15 days. Will order from them again, and probably other meds too now.

After I placed the order and paid extra for delivery within 9 days I was told it will take a minimum of 3 weeks " due to covid". The reviews here are also no encouraging so I've requested a refund. It's a 1 start for now but happy to change if the refund actually happens.
Ordered product on the 15. 5. 2019. Still has not arrived. Finally got a response to one of my emails (the latest one) but appears to be a generic computer generated email. Escalating dispute via PayPal for full refund. If no success there I will follow with my bank to lodge a dispute. Very disappointint that PayPal are aware of this company and still associate with them.
I made my purchase and 90 days later still have not received my order. They provided a tracking a number that showed it was still in India. I asked for a refund and they said it would take 30-45 days. I asked why does everything take so long with them. He said "because that is how they work". Never again. I urge nobody else to buy from them.
I titled this review canada customs because of problems at entry into canada. First order was in july 2020. Shipment did not clear customs ( or got lost) to which i do not know. Got hold of happie family store and they reordered for me at no charge. Second shipment did arrive at the end of nov. 2020. So very happy with the way you took care of the order. I did try to find out if you have had problems getting through canada customs but did not get any answer to this. Overall i am happy with your service. Thanks ken.

At larger order quantities, the price per pill is very cheap, and they even offer free tracked shipping and bonus pills depending on the size or the purchase. 48 hours after payment was approved, I received an email that my order had shipped and was provided the tracking number. For any questions I had about my order, I would receive a response from their support team withing 24 hours.

I have been in this business over 20 years. I have never worked with any company that try so hard to keep me happy. I discovered them by accident and could not be happier with their products and service. I have used their service 3 times in the last 3 months. The first 2 arrived in 14 days. They had to do a reshipment on the 3rd package and it made it here no problem. Of course it took a little longer but in this business, and at these prices you MUST be patient. They were already processing a 3rd reshipment when my package arrived. WOW! I had to email them and tell them not to reship because I got the package. Your package will arrive. Be patient. They were always kind and resourceful when we spoke or emailed. Take it from a man with experience. You will not find a better company at these prices anywhere. This was my first order, just 30 pills to try the service. After placing the order I sent a couple of emails with questions, and they were answered promptly and quickly. The pills arrived in about 2 weeks in a small discreet package. I've started taking the pills, and I'm very satisfied with them. I will now place a full order. I recommend this company.
At first I was skeptical since the reviews here are quite bad, but the meds I wanted were only available there so I have it a try.
Unfortunately, my order was seized by customs... I contacted HFS (contact them by phone!) and they did a reshipment immediately. The second time around, I got it without any problem!

Reliability when buying something online, especially from another country is something you're mostly concerned about. The problem with the Customs is not the seller's fault. In my case, their Customer Service is excellent with prompt response and updates accordingly. The products I ordered are good quality. I trust Happie Family and gave their Customers Services 5 stars!

I received my order. It was in good conditions, everything just as it was supposed to be. I do not have anything to complaint. I understand the fact that due to corona-virus might take a little bit longer than usual. I would say to buy the next loot that you need as soon as you get the one that you just bought to make sure that during that time frame you have enough supply.
I was charged exactly what I was told.
I notice a name change from Happy to Happie. I selected whichever it is as there were reviews unlike most of the online pharmacies. Almost all of them have Scam alerts as there are no reviews. The reviews that I read were positive and mostly from folks living in the USA. Finding a doctor as well as a pharmacy that prescribes and fills scripts for Ivermectin is challenging. The follow up e-mails from order to delivery are excellent. The time frame of 3-4 weeks was correct. My script came from France.
Bought the compass on May 15,2019 via PayPal. Company sent email confirming purchase, but then crickets for a month. Emailed company requesting status of order and was sent an automatic reply that they are sorry to inconvenience me and that they may run late from time to time with orders. Again weeks went buy and no word on the status. It is now August 8,2019 and no response to emails checking in on status, no response to asking for refund. PayPal has done nothing to help other than telling me to contact company. I'm very upset that I am out of $60, and I feel there is no action I can do now to make the company make this right. I want everyone to know, so that others do not make the same mistake of trusting this company as I did.
The order/delivery process was flawless, from the website application thru the followup by your courteous and detail-oriented rep (whose English was perfect) through payment and all the way through delivery of my package in Nevada. Answer: I got my money back from Paypal. It takes some doing, but DO IT! First, take the online copy of your USPS tracking you were given as proof of delivery from Happie Family to your post office. Talk to the postmaster, they have an intranet system that will also include exactly where and when the item was delivered and has more information than what you can get online. I'll bet you find out it isn't your address. Ask them to print that for you. Upload a copy of what the USPS gave you (https://paypal.com/il/uploaddoc). Go to Paypal on Twitter - yes TWITTER. It's the only way you can bypass the PayPal algorithm that will automatically process your appeal. Send them a DM telling them that you have uploaded the USPS internal tracking and want your appeal reopened. Then send that form also to paypal to the Twitter DM. Once I did that, I had my money back in 24 hours. If we all do that we should have our money back an they will have a reason to go after Happie Family for fraud. Good luck.
