They kept me updated regarding finding someone to do the job for me, they sent a very skilled person to complete the work I needed. Keith did a great job assembling the counter stools we had ordered online. Even though the instructions and materials included with the package did not appear to be complete, he was able to figure it out and get it done. Keith was friendly, capable and efficient. We are very pleased!
Madalena was a wonderful cleaner. She was communicative, kind (and kind to my cat), thorough and did a great job. She asked for any feedback as she went along but everything she did was great so I had no notes. Would recommend her to anyone.
Mushfiq was very professional, had a great attitude and came in with all his tools and other items which he didn't even know would be needed. He was very nice and efficient and seemed very knowledgeable when I asked about other stuff and materials to use for work I wan to get done in the house in the future.
Here we go, I have 2 felonies and 2 dui's, I passed a background check with them and am working on people's houses! Please be careful because if I got in, that means rapist, murderers, robbers, thieves are cleaning your houses and assembling your furniture! Look out!
I have used Handy twice now. Once to install my air conditioner and the second to fully assemble my new grill. Issac did the grill assembly quickly and was kind to offer to move the cardboard boxes afterwards. He did an excellent job and the grill works perfectly.
I highly recommend Handy for whatever you need done, done well.

We had Handy cleaner to steal jewelry from our home while cleaning. The company only responds thru email and after doing everything they require to have claim, they claim they sent an approval email but I didn't respond in 14 days which is a bunch of BULL. I have all the emails saved and nine of them say claim approval. This company is a SCAM stay clear!
I had a handy man name emanuel. Who worked on a couch for me he was very nice and professional. He can at 3:45 instead of 6 he left at 5:49 jr exchanged numbers with me and. Asked if he can do things on The side. He told me I need to message him and approve the 3 hours after I looked on the app he put he came from 6pm to 12am which was false. They tried to charge my card for 3 extra hours I'm happy I have cameras with a time stamp I would never use these app
Again when i contacted customer service they were very rude
My Handy man Derrick was an wonderful pro. He Was fast, efficient, and he was on time. He greeted my kids, which is always an plus. He brought my version to life. He was very patient with my indecisive self. Thank you so much Derrick.
Please do not use Handy for cleaning services. They work with independent contractors who are completely unreliable and unprofessional. Additionally until the day of booking you are not sure who will be attending the request and are not given option since there is no time by than. All the experience pro's will not accept your request. I believe those are fake profiles just to show there are lot of people with experience working with Handy but when time comes for your booking you will receive inexperience pro who would not know what they are doing. I did biggest mistake by getting in 6 months term with Handy. And even after all these they ask me to pay $100 bucks to cancel 6month service term which doesn't even fulfill the service which I am paying them for. Do not do same mistake which I did.
I booked a 6 month, monthly service on the last sunday of every month. Received confirmation of this appointment by text and email. The cleaner did NOT show up, I have called her and texted her and left a voicemail, no response. Meaning this appointment was never confirmed with their "professional". Handy doesn't have a phone number to call. I have emailed them through the app about this. The only response I received is we are sorry and here is $10 in credit. I have sent 4 call me requests on email. I have received no response, call or acknowledgement of my request at all. I was depending on this service to clean for a party. Now i am cleaning the house myself and Handy's customer service won't even apologize with a phone call. Just a template email from Christine in their customer service team. This is a horrible experience and they won't even refund my money or apologize? Extremely disappointed and HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
This is the biggest joke of a company that I have ever dealt with. They send people who know absolutely nothing about what they are doing. Pay them nothing. They send one man out to put up a 10X12 awning which we brought from BJ's. One man could not even lift the material up by themself. When we call and explained this problem they agreed and would send another man to work. He would be there at 10 a.m. on Monday. We waited until after 11 and the first man showed up but only one man to do the job. I wrote them a letter and gave examples of their poor service and We immediately went to the bank and cancelled the $383.00 change on our bank credit card. They sent us a letter stating they were going to take the charge off our credit card like they were doing us a favor. What a poor business run by very uneducated staff. They are educated ok, to get money for nothing out of people.
Our installed, Ruben, arrived on time and did a Great job assembling an etagere in our bathroom.

Amber was very professional & did an excellent job cleaning my apartment. She was very attentive to detail. She did a great job of vacuuming my carpet & upholstery that was covered in cat hair. My home smelled marvelous & just about sparkled by the time she was done. I will use her again!
1st time clean by Rebecca B and she did a very thorough and efficient job. I have a disabled adult daughter and a very nosey cat, Rebecca was very friendly and focused on her tasks. I was very pleased with her attention to detail and she managed to clean every surface. She was able to complete all the tasks, even the extras, in a timely manner. Kejuan is new to his handyman role after serving 15 in the Army. This was his second job. He arrived after having done advance research on assembling our new natural gas grill. He was very professional and did a thorough, high quality job.
1. Booked a handyman to assemble a murphy bed.
2. He showed up 2 hours late.
3. The panels to the bed fell apart after he left.
4. Specifically booked another pro to fix what that handyman failed to do.
5. Waited an hour for the new handyman to show up.
6. They sent the same handyman back.
7. Morning wasted. Need to find a new service. Awful
I requested someone to diagnose and repair a TV. They sent a handyman. I told him that I had tried a hard reset of the tv and it didn't work. He then twice tried the hard reset incorrectly with no results. Apologized for not being able to fix it and left in less than 10 minutes.
Answer: They don't provide a refund, even when they fail to honor the agreement. In my case, they have twice (so far) canceled my house cleaning with one hour's notice. (If I fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation, I have to pay a penalty. For them, no notice, no penalty.) They told me they were having trouble finding cleaners in my area. And if the no shows are a problem for me, I can pay the $99 cancellation fee. So how long does this go on? Three cancellations, five, ten? Forever? This is an irresponsible company with horrible customer service.
Answer: Im having problems getting paid. I told client to have cash on hand as I wont do the job. Good luck finding someone else with my skill set. Im supposed to do a job tomorrow that i have to buy stuff out of my own money and hold my breath for pay back. Ill stand on a corner begging for money before I do another job for them unless they pay me for past jobs and I talk to someone on the phone.
