They cancelled one hour before time to install only two days before Christmas. Ruined my present. Then only mount my TV when I bought TV and Soundbar. $50 more! Beware. Website did not allow communication with anyone. Just a call center sakes group. No after sale service.
Carla and husband completed all assigned work very well and within the time frame. They assembled 5 bookcases, a folding table, an air conditioner, a shower curtain and towel rack and placed a large rug in the living room. The house looks great! I would definitely recommend their services to all in need and I will request their services again for myself in the near future.
After scheduling a delivery of sand three days after the payment was made, they cancelled the delivery one hour before it was expected. They re-scheduled the delivery five days later and again cancelled one hour before the delivery. They once again re-schedule the delivery for the next week. Upon an immediate request to cancel the order, they only refunded me half of the original cost because "their professionals needed to be paid for their time". What about my lost time waiting for deliveries? They then fought with my bank stating that I cancelled on them twice. Total scam. Once you reply to their emails, the original email gets broken up into code so it cannot be read again.
The people hired for this company are not experienced at their jobs and not professional. I got a garage rack installed and it was very unprofessionally done and not even sturdy. They ate ot paying these people enough to do the job, so they are doing substandard work. I am i the process of asking for a full refund because the hob still has not been done correct.
We had an outdoor light that needed to be installed and set up. He arrived on time, had the tools for the installation and was finished within an hour. We are very pleased with his service and will call them again. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
They respond to anything other than payment issues. They charge fees to get paid when you should already be paid for and book jobs for repairs that are obvious replacements screwing their customers over.

This is a most cheating company around the USA, they cheat workers and do not pay them months. Agents are not Professionals and leave you without the reason and lie all the time. They have no Tel number to call and answer emails once a week or two
I booked a cleaning with Handy.com. The cleaner accepted the job but did not show up and did not respond to texts or calls. I reached out to Handy.com and they said they would refund the entire $292.07 to my account. That was a lie. Looking at my account statement I had not received a refund 3 months later. I called again to get a refund, the first offered me another cleaning, then the offered a "credit" which is essentially the same as the alter. After insisting on a refund multiple times they finally agreed to refund me. Very bad business practices and customer service. I will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone else.
Today, for the second time in six weeks, my pro didn't show. What a pain. I stayed home from work to meet him. Now I will have to stay home form work another day to meet another one. I can't just opt out because it is through Wayfair.
I scheduled through Lowe's to have a smart thermostat installed. I was given a calendar with dates available and prompted to choose 3 different dates that work for me. Handy came back with THEIR CHOICE of date out of those 3. Less than a week before the installation date I got a text and an email stating that my service had been cancelled. No one bothered to call me. I emailed and asked why and they said they could no longer accommodate the date. See screenshots of the message and my correspondence. Never even bothered to reschedule the appointment, and even when I asked they just said they couldn't and I could call Lowe's for a refund. So now I'm up a creek without a paddle because I don't think I can install it myself, guess I'll call another company with better customer service. From reading the other reviews it looks like I dodged a bullet anyway since they apparently tend to no show on appointments. I will NEVER give this company my money.
My experience with Handy.com was great from start to finish! I had a computer desk that I needed assembled and the professional assigned to me named Robert arrived as scheduled and was very professional & friendly. Robert knows his stuff! He assembled the computer desk in a timely manner & it looks FABULOUS! "Thanks again Robert! Well done!"

I have used this company for all four of my rental properties here in Missouri and I no longer have to deal with handyman walking around Home Depot handing out flyers and taking my money and not doing a good job or taking my tools or materials. Thank goodness for this company it's like I have a guardian angel watching over me!
Used handy storage for 3 months and went with them because of the 1 month free deal. I regret it.
They keep your belongings in an open warehouse which is reaaaally dusty (throwing a tarp on top is too much?). So expect to spend hours cleaning anything you get back.
Furthermore, they put on super adhesive stickers onto all of your belongings that DO NOT peel off easy (see picture). It damaged more than 1 of our items.
When I emailed them about it, they said they have a "satisfaction guarantee" and if we send pics of damage + item info, they will pay for any damage. I filled out their claim report and never heard back from them again (even after sending a follow up email).
They contract local movers for pickup/delivery and Handy support messed up my time window when sending them instructions.
Overall, its not worth the $100 or so bucks in savings as you'll be paying for it with time spent cleaning + damage to your belongings.

Twice no shows and now they have left me hanging after third confirmation was made only to find out they are still working on someone showing up until 2 hours before appointment. Bad service. Avoid the frustration and do not use them. Bad choice of partners Wayfair.
Handy charged me 87 dollars without even having a cleaning done. They don't have the option of removing 'recurring cleanings' on the website - you'll have to call in and get it removed or else they just keep charging you. Cannot recommend using a company that thrives on making it as hard as possible for their customers. Even the customer support could not care less about my problems.
We have had 2 out of 3 extremely bad experiences. The first time the cleaner was super abrasive, leaving an hour too early while also pushing us to give her tip in cash. The third cleaner came 1.5 hours too late, we then left the apartment and she left just after us without cleaning. One of our very expensive whiskey glasses had a crack on it. Customer service wouldn't let us out from the subscription despite repeatedly poor experiences. Sorry handy - if you can't deliver what people pay for, you need to let them cancel their subscription.
Avoid unless you like being incredibly frustrated. Today would have been my third attempt at using handy. Absolutely over it. They trap people into using them 6 times and fail at executing what they promise. The pros are never who you book because they cancel and then rebook them without telling you. On the day of you end up with some person who has 0 reviews.
My first cleaning was terrible. The pro only cleaned where I would immediately notice. She was late, did not clean the bathroom, toilet, floor at all. Ate my yogurt out of the fridge. So weird.
The second pro was good but left after 2 hours even though my plan is for 3 hours.
Today would have been the third and the person cancelled 30 minutes before and Handy still charged me.
I booked Handy to deep clean my apartment. They canceled 5 times 5 days of my life gone forever. They always canceled at the last minute. One girl said it was too hard to get parking I told her she could have my spot. She never returned my call the others said things like I'm stuck at the border but yo I really wanna help you out... whatever the real problem was no one would call me they only offer email support and there is no manager overlooking my troubles to make sure it wont happen again. I forgave them and trusted them times all for nothing. The most they can do is over a one time $10 off my next booking. They even charge a $3 trust and support fee which blows my mind.
Answer: They don't provide a refund, even when they fail to honor the agreement. In my case, they have twice (so far) canceled my house cleaning with one hour's notice. (If I fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation, I have to pay a penalty. For them, no notice, no penalty.) They told me they were having trouble finding cleaners in my area. And if the no shows are a problem for me, I can pay the $99 cancellation fee. So how long does this go on? Three cancellations, five, ten? Forever? This is an irresponsible company with horrible customer service.

Im supposed to do a job tomorrow that i have to buy stuff out of my own money and hold my breath for pay back.
