Size too BIG! I got the one that was 3 inches smaller than my chest and it was very big on me. Plus the zipper would not go up or down. Very disappointed after spending $80.
We bought a costume that ended up being a size too small and after returning it through the mail, we ended up losing money and not having a costume, as they only refund the product and After reaching out they refunded the shipping as well

Ordered from them on Wednesday the seventh, paid a ton of extra shipping literally $40 extra shipping, so it would get there on Friday for my son's birthday. Received no tracking at all, and here we are today on the 11th or 12th, I emailed them yesterday and they are lying to me and saying that oh I'm so sorry, it must've been lost in transit and I will send your order out again right now. How could it be lost in transit if I've never received a tracking number? I spent over $130 with these people and all I'm seeing is bad reviews like this. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau or whichever service I am able to report to because they are 100% rip off artists.

I would have gone through Costume Box or Smiffys which is what I usually do. They take 2 weeks max. Unfortunately I was tricked by the '. com.au" on the end of website address. Tracking link provided has never worked. I contacted live chat- it's been in Sydney for a week. They aren't able to track it. Looks like I'll be ducking to the costume shop for my daughters book week costume this year. $70 wasted.

I called HalloweenCostumes.com customer service to get some information needed to fill the "missing mail" claim form through USPS, and the customer service person I spoke with offered to send the same costume out again, since it was obvious the post office lost my package. She was very kind, understanding, and sought to resolve my issue as quickly as possible! I really appreciate her taking action to get me the costume quickly, rather than me having to file the claim through the post office and HOPE they locate it! This is how customer service should be!
