My business website got hacked by a professional hacker. It was not just some (bot) injected code. It was really done customly. I had a few companies trying to fix it. They all managed to clear the malicious code, but weren't able to fix the loophole, so the hacker could still come in.
I am glad I found this company though. Jim (the owner) takes all his time and focusses on it going over it manually (compared to other companies who run automated scans). He managed to completely clean the website and install a firewall to prevent the hacker from coming in further. I'm glad he was able to solve it. And not to mention; once he is online, he replies in a matter of minutes. Super satisfied. Thank you.
Jim is fast, thorough, professional, and reasonably priced. If I find malware on a site, I go to Jim. I also love that, with Jim, you're dealing with a real person (Jim!) and not some nameless helpdesk operator.
Jim has been helpful clearing two servers of malware. He has always been quick to respond and easy to work with, and provided me with detailed reports of what he did and what he found. Highly recommended. Thanks!
Not long ago, my site was infected with malware. My Google Ads stopped
Running for 3 days, and I wasn¹t able to locate and remove the malware
Myself. Website traffic began to suffer and a warning message was shown to
Site visitors. I finally went into freak out mode and googled ³fix website
Malware² or something similar. I was served a bunch of Google Ads and
Clicked on a few, and called a few companies/filled out some contact forms
For help.
HackRepair.com got back to me immediately, despite our time difference.
They let me know exactly what their process would be and for a low fee,
Got the whole thing fixed with a full, real-time report and synopsis.
HackGuard did an excellent job cleaning my website (www.QualityAssociates.org). After several failed attempts with other
Companies that provide website cleaning services, Jim at HackGuard got the
Job done and found the malware and suspicious files that were affecting my
Site. To ensure continued security we are now signed up to their monthly
Security and maintenance service to prevent future hacks. Kris Norlander
My sites reside on a shared hosting in a Pro account at BlueHost. My account was deactivated for malware. I was unable to get any help from them. They just keep telling me to hire their partner company SiteLock. After speaking with SiteLock I suddenly felt like I was being extorted. $79 a month per website on a 6 month contract! I contacted Jim and he had my sites cleaned up and running in an hour. I was shocked. He charged a flat fee and was very pleasant to work with. I'm now considering moving my hosting to his company. Highly recommend his company!
Before finding Hack Repair, I hired the "go to" business for removing malware.
For 6 days my site was down AFTER I paid that company and they could NOT figure it out.
My site was up and running in 12 hours with Hack Repair! Not to mention, I called them on a Saturday evening and they got the job done by Sunday afternoon!
5 Stars ALL the way!
My site www.theacnproject.com got hacked and then was flagged by Google indicating Malware. I couldn't fix it - way beyond my capabilities. I looked at serval hack services but it's take a real professional person to fix these issues I learned. Jim and www.HackRepair.com was outstanding. Once I sent back the agreement and fee he worked to fix the site. He found and fixed all kinds of issues that I never dreamed of, and had the site back up in a few hours. Plus he sent in the proper notices to Google so the malware message were removed very fast as well. Outstanding service.
This is the person to call. Jim is fast, capable, kind, calm and patient. He is the real deal. Don't waste your time anywhere else. You'll be glad you did.
I am a WordPress developer and I maintain my own dedicated server for my clients.
I was in a major jam when my previous server provider stopped updating or patching my server. Next thing you know my server is being hijacked by hackers to send spam email from my clients accounts!
I was so upset and tried to get some help from my providers who just blew me off. Google was blacklisting websites and my entire email server and all email accounts. You can imagine how well that went over with my clients.
I had already worked with Jim Walker - HackRepair.com on a couple of projects so I gave him a call. I explained what was going on and without any hesitation he offered to help. He asked for my server login and within a half hour the spam relay and been disabled and the vulnerability that allowed it to happen had been fixed.
You can imagine my relief to have some help with such a critical issue for my Business! By the next morning all of my accounts were un blacklisted from Google search, and our emails were going out without any problems. After all of this I decided to switch my server to Jim's hosting service
TVCNET. COM.
That was several years ago and we have had a few issues here and there that were all handled in a friendly and fast manor. I always get an answer to emails within minutes and I am not left hanging.
I highly recommend Jim Walker and HackRepair.com to anyone who needs help cleaning up a hack. I would also highly recommend TVCNET.COM for anyone who needs a secure environment for hosting and growing your business.
Jim was a pleasure to work with. He was both friendly and prompt in dealing with our website issues. Now we're back up and running in better shape than ever before.
Jim at HackRepair was very helpful with finding and explaining how to resolve our hacked webspace. I recommend HackRepair 100%.

I have a small blog. Everyone wants to teach bloggers how to master SEO and Pinterest, or create a course, but not many talk about site security and what to do when your site gets hacked.
Finding out my site had been hacked was so stressful, I had two issues back to back, over the course of a few weeks. When my host provider suspended my account it was embarrassing and damaging to the reputation of both my site and business.
I did quite a bit of research trying to figure out how to get my site cleaned up and back online.
I am so glad I found and hired Jim to fix my site. Other companies wanted me to pay ongoing monthly or annual fees that I couldn't afford.
Jim not only cleaned up my site quickly (less than two hours), he gave me (easy) steps to get my end cleaned up and what to do to prevent future hacks, with no additional monthly fees for other services. He even told me I could cancel an unnecessary service I had been paying for, which saved me even more.
It has only been a month but I wanted to share my experience since I am so thankful that I have had no further problems.
Get on the phone with Jim, and get your site back.
Highly recommend Jim. He fixed my website and is now hosting it. He has been a great help, and he has eased my mind regarding hosting my site moving forward.
I had received a warning from Google that my website had been hacked. For that reason, Google flagged my site with a 'This site may harm your computer' warning. You can imagine that this wasn't too good for my business. I had to find someone to remove the malware from my site and fast! After three days of setbacks(i hired some people overseas to remove the malware, but they couldn't), i came across hackrepair.com.
Let me first disclose that i looked at three other repair guys before choosing Hack Repair. Why did i choose Hack Repair? Simply because they wrote their phone number on their website and it reassured me that i would be getting great customer service.
I was right. I called Hack Repair one early morning and a guy named Jim picked up. To make a long story short, Jim was very responsive and helpful. He fixed my site within a matter of hours. He removed some files that were compromised and showed me how to protect my site from being hacked again. He is definitely an expert at what he does and I will forever be grateful!
Throughout the whole process Jim was informative and thorough. Malware was removed and the site was cleaned up in less than a day. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Jim and hack repair. He was responsive, professional, patient, and got to work on my site immediately. He cleaned up malware and site was back up and clean within days.
Jim was SPECTACULAR to work with! I cannot say enough about his services and his outstanding, personable, customer service. Literally lifted a HUGE weight off our shoulders! After spending countless hours calling to the domain/web hosting company (GoDaddy) & waiting 2 days without it being fixed, researching YT tutorials and reading forums on how to fix a hacked website, we weren't confident it could be fixed... All leads were leading to a dead end, which didn't give us much hope it could be reversed. GoDaddy knew what the problem was, but couldn't provide a solution... (frustrating!)
So, I took my brothers advice on website hackers and did some research and found Jim! H. A. L. L. E. J. U. L. A. H.! Distressed and uneasy about the situation... I explained what I did know (which wasn't much), and the importance of getting it fixed FAST as my fiancé is an SMB owner, and has little-to-no-time to spare as it is Jim instantly and calmly eased my nerves. His professionalism, knowledge, understanding, and customer service is really what sealed the deal and confirmed this was the right decision. He understood the importance of getting it fixed. And getting it fixed right. And even though it was a convoluted mess after 6 IT people at GoDaddy worked on it, he pulled through and worked out all the kinks. Such a life savor! We are forever grateful for him! Would highly recommend him to anyone.
My site was hacked with malware, but Jim worked on it for a couple of hours and recovered it. He is super fast and proactive with many suggestions.
HackRepair was on it from the initial phone call. Very happy to have found them and they were worth every penny spent.
