I was recommended to HackRepair by my web designer and, based on that, knew that I could trust the service. What I didn't expect was such fast and efficient service. Jim diagnosed the problem within seconds, literally! He got to work and the site was completely clean in about 2 and a half hours. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HackRepair or use them again.

Before even discussing fees, Jim took plenty of time to diagnosis my IT issues and discuss a strategy to rectify the problems. Ultimately he presented an extremely fair invoice and went to work instantly. I felt as though I was the center of his attention throughout the entire repair process. Jim did not stop with what I explained my problem to be but also investigated my other web properties and brought to light that I had been infiltrated on other sites as well. Jim at Hackrepair did an awesome job cleaning up my site from a hack that happened a week prior. My site www.theacnproject.com got hacked and then was flagged by Google indicating Malware. I couldn't fix it - way beyond my capabilities. I looked at serval hack services but it's take a real professional person to fix these issues I learned. Jim and www.HackRepair.com was outstanding. Once I sent back the agreement and fee he worked to fix the site. He found and fixed all kinds of issues that I never dreamed of, and had the site back up in a few hours. Plus he sent in the proper notices to Google so the malware message were removed very fast as well. Outstanding service.
