Nilesh sawant is a great technician. As usual, GuruAid is committed to giving the best professional experience ever. I've been with them for more than 2 years and I absolutely love what they can do for both of my laptops. You guys rock!

Was a little unsure of this company which I reached through trying to contact MacAfee! They are quite pushy and liable to do a hard sell, however after a lengthy seven hours with a lovely technician called Naeem Shaikh, we did achieve success on the issues that were causing me problems, so all praise to GuruAid! My only quibble is that I dislike taking on a contract and then being told shortly afterwards that it would be great to upgrade(further expense!) to an elite or premium grade! Annoying- but resist! Poor Naeem was obviously a little upset that that I refused the upgrade, however when he'd settled down a little he was super helpful and supportive! Suspect there is some pressure within the company to sell at all costs! This said, I am delighted with the service I received yesterday! Well done, GuruAid!

I was dissatisfied with GuruAid service, since I did not need the help they assured me was necessary. In addition, the service person said my emails were not being received, so help was needed. I later found out that my emails were being received. The service people are highly trained to sell you what you don't need. I am not tech savvy, so I would believe most of what they said. I spent $699.99 before I left the several hours-long "help" that I didn't need. When I asked for my money to be refunded, it took considerable time, but GuruAid refunded loo% of the money.

I have the service now for a few years. They are very helpful in getting the problem fixed. The only bad part is that you must sit in front of the computer till the problem is resolved, this can take several hours. I have recommended them to several people and they are happy with the service. GuruAid was able to fix my problems. Had a problem where boot command on the computer was block and a company wanted $500.00 to release my computer. Since I was in a contract with GuruAid I paid nothing. In the long run the company saves me time and aggravation with computer problems. I call them once a month just to clean up the computer.

Nilesh Sawant has taken the time and effort to make sure my computer was running correctly. He is professional. Courteous and extremely good at what he does. I feel that all aspects of my concerns were addressed thoroughly.

Unfortunately, some time after I wrote my first review, a positive one, we were scammed by either GuruAid or someone posing as them, It is well I post a negative review now. The caller claimed to be from GuruAid. He had every single bit of our GuruAid contract information, so the call seemed legit. As embarrassing as it is to admit it, we fell for it. But we are no longer naive. Now we know never to respond if they call you unsolicited. Fortunately, we were able to put a hold on the money transaction so we didn't lose cash. But we lost untold hours in changing all our other accounts and passwords. When we called GuruAid directly to tell them about the matter, they said they would look into it. They never called back about the matter. Do your homework. Don't be folled.

Spent half an hour with one of their 'techs'. Stupid me gave him access to remotely solve problem with my AVG ZEN (which was a problem in and of itself. Don't know what this tech did but my desktop became unstable and virus ridden!. He said he'd sort it out if I paid £80 or if I couldn't afford that what could I afford?. I put the phone down. What confuses me is why AVG allow themselves to be associated with Malware snipers!. One can only wonder.

Guruaid! You are the best program I have ever invested in. I am not on my computer much but my sons and grand kids are and every time I need help Guruaid always fix it no mater now big or little the problem is, I will always keep you and have you work on my computer thank you for your service

I've been with Guru Aid now for a year and a half and have received 5 Star service during this period. I recommend Guru Aid to any one who needs computer service. All the technicians are top quality techs. Thank-you Guru Aid for all you have done for me.

I have found that GURUAID is one of the best maintenance firms on the market. I have been using them now for well over four (4) years and I have never had a problem with them. I would willingly recommend them to all of my friends.
I have also found them to be very polite and friendly.

I have been using GuruAid for about a year. We have two computers which have had a number of problems during this time. GuruAid has always resolved the problems to my satisfaction and I recommend them

My computer was running so slow that it wouldn't even let me open my home page today. It took quite a while, but Guruaid did a very fine job of fixing my computer, and making it like brand new again! The Tech was VERY helpful, & answered all of my concerns. I recommend Guruaid highly!
