I have been GuruAid since 2013. When ever I have a problem big or small. I just call GuruAid and they take care of it. I am very happy with the help I get from customer service to the technician they are very helpful. If you need help you can get it from GuraAid

When I have a problem

The representatives at Guruaid were very helpful with finding the errors in my computers operating system. They were polite and professional throughout the process, and were prompt with their services. I would recommend them to anyone o know in the future.

This company masquerades as a legitimate tech support company, which is in fact a subterfuge for illegal activity.

They try to get you to install software which allows them to control your computer, at which point they change settings, install viruses & other malware - which aids it in eventually stealing your credit card details, DOB, name, address & other details, and steal all your files by copying them to their end (including confidential documents).

They then say either that what is wrong will either cost money, and / or offer you their own "Annual Maintenance Plan" special package, which is basically more malicious software which not only will steal your details, but potentially hold you data and documents to ransom.

Joining Guruaid was the best decision that I have made in terms of the maintenance of my lap top. I am currently pursuing my doctorate degree online, and I never worry about encountering any problems, because i know that GuruAid will always be there to assist me in resolving any difficulties morning noon or night. The are indeed the best and worth the invesment.

EAGESH has spent at least 3 hours cleaning up the mess I have made in the last year with my PC. He has found and eliminated a lot of problems that I not was aware of. I just knew my system was very slow but now it is very quick. Eagesh knows what the customer needs and makes it happen.

I have used Guru Aid for two years. The service has been excellent! The cost has been reasonable. All issues have been resolved to my satisfaction. They have been patient with my limited computer knowledge. All in all it was a great pleasure to work with the GuruAid team.

For 3 weeks I was having an issue with SKYPE connectivity. I finally contacted GuruAid and they spent about 1 & 1/2 hrs to correct the issue to my satisfaction. The subscription is well worth the price for the support that this company provides

My computer was running slow and had unwanted things that needed removing and I didn't know how to get them all off my computer. There was also a very annoying pop up that popped up every few seconds. I was told by GURUAID that they could remove these and speed up my computer plus install a Microsoft Security with a firewall and would not have to keep paying for renewals all the time. I would recommend this to anyone to try before taking their computer in the a computer shop for repair.

I had a problem not being able to connect my windows outlook e-mail account to my Microsoft outlook account, I called Guruaid explained the problem and any other problems that I had with my computer and the people at Guruaid went into my computer and solved everything that was wrong with my computer. They are very friendly people and although it took a long time for the windows updates to re-load onto my computer they stayed and my computer now works perfectly with no issues what so ever. I was more than happy to take out a two year maintenance plan and although it's a lot of money it is worth every penny as they do a fantastic job. I will be recommending Guruaid to absolutely every bod. I couldn't be happier with there brilliant customer service. Guruaid are definitely very well worth the five star rating.
