My initial use of GuruAid has appeared to resolve a vexing problem concerning my attempts to remove AVG from my windows 8.1 pc. The techs were very skilled and quick to understand and fix the problems at hand.

I have been using this service for that past two years and I find it very helpful. It's especially nice when you can call and have the computer fixed in the same day. Mostly everyone I have spoke with regards to fixing my computer have been very polite. I would recommend them to my close family and friends.

The times i have had with a computer that's almost ten years old were trying until i hooked up with GURU. The techs here have clicked in in the issues with good results and left my mind -at ease. Let me also say they were very polite and quick to resolve the issue-

I was so impressed with his patience, his knowledge, and the short time period he serviced my PC. He explained what he was doing as he cleaned and tuned my PC.
Due to my limited electronic knowledge and age (74), I am so thankful that Bose was the technician chosen to work with me. He is the best technician I have dealt with since joining GURU! Thank you so very much! I hope I can select him for future service.

The technician was very helpful. He explained everything he was doing and worked in a very professional manner. I would recommend him to anyone with a issue on their computer. He knew what questions to ask and had answers for all my questions.

Very good service, the tech was able to fix my problem in a short time! He was excellent! However I did have to wait over four hours to receive service, the I got disconnected twice! This does not reflect at any way with tech! He did very well

The technician quickly solved my issues. I only go cut off once when the computer was restarted, but we reconnected in an acceptable amount of time. My computer issues seem to be solved. I am very happy with the service.

I called guruaid today for help getting a website. The technician was very courteous and most helpful in correcting my situation. I would reccommend guruaid to all ny friends for help with their computers.

Ive been having some issues with my computer. A lot of suspicious software. I called up Guru Aid and with a quick phone call and no effort they are on your computer cleaning it up. I had a slight issue with timing but they did a really good job on it. So it really didn't matter.

Harmeet Nagi was extremely competent and helpful. She quickly determined my difficulty and displayed the solution for me in a cogent and professional manner. I greatly appreciate GuruAid and such stellar help. We will be signing up our other work computers with them. Thanks again!

As usual Guru Aid came to my rescue. Every time I have called the people at Guru Aid do every thing they can to help fix your computer. I highly recommend everyone to use Guru Aid for all their tech support. Even people like me that is computer Illiterate, they help with all the patience imaginable.
