In answer to your question, I have no knowledge that they are a scam organisation, and have only used them that once. Frankly I'm not game to use them again, as I fear some other problem will arise.

I have been very pleased with the services from Guru Aid. All the technicians are very professional, courteous and have knowledge of what needs to be performed on your computer. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs to have their computer for overall tune up or clean up, etc. They are trust worthy as well, good people to work with.

Guruaid has helped me out of several tight spots with my computer and printer, both. Having an HP printer and a Dell computer may be the problem, but the technician was tenacious in finding a solution. I contacted Dell who told me it was a problem with the printer (without checking, of course), but b While it took 4 1/2 hours to complete the fix, I was able to work on other things while he did what needed to be done.

This has been a nightmare. They lost several of my programs and finally called Dell and they discovered 63 viruses on my computer. I am calling my credit card company today and disputing the charge. Stay away! To bad the computer allows sites like this. They are scams.

I find it is good when you are running a business with 'tight' overheads to be able to have a resource available to toubleshoot problems.
In the market place there is not a service like yours available - that operates 24 hours a day - 7 days per week.
It is important if you have deadlines to meet that systems do not let you down.
This were GuruAid comes in.

Some have written that this is a scam operation. It does seem to be. I have had more problems on my computer since I started using them than I did before that. I am very unhappy with them, and would not recommend them to anyone.

Could not be happier with the service I have received from GuruAid, each time I have called with a number of problems. They have assisted me every time. They are a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone who has a computer or other device. Thank you for all you do!

From the time that I first was introduced in the staff at Guru.com time I found them to be courteous, knowledgeable, and friend. Prior to coming to Guru I had experienced a computer problem with around 30 days without success. As a result of using Guru each of my computer issue has been addressed.

I have used GuruAid for the last year to fix my mistakes on my computer. I have found them to be extremely professional and helpful. My computer is fixed in a short time and they assist me with anything I ask of them. I have learned a lot from them. They will do more to help your computer than other companies will. I think they are the best around!
