I have been using Guruaid for some time now and find that the level of service that they provide is more than excellent. Whatever problem I have, they fix it in a reasonable time and are always very polite. I can certainly recommend them.

I am very happy with the services of Guruaid. I was offered expert help, by a patient member of Guruaid team. My issues were fixed and my computer is finally emailing properly. It is great that the service is 24/7. Although it took several hours of my time, over a couple of days, sitting at my PC whilst it was fixed, it was worth it as I was unable to get the problems sorted any other way.

I really like this site. They have helped me numerous times to get my computer running fast and efficiently. The techies are polite and patient. Also very knowledgeable. I would normally hesitate to give up control of my computer, but I read reviews and looked at the Better Business Bureau and this company is legit. The customer service rep does a bit of the hard sell with trying to get you to buy a 3-year contract. I started to get annoyed. But I suppose they have to do that and the service you get far outweighs the hassle of the hard sell. I say go with them. Their rates are great too.

I come to GuruAid with an internet access issue. The technician (Sachin) worked his fingers to the bone to get to the bottom of the issue and resolve the problem. It literally took hours of investigating to locate the problem. Not only is proper access regained but the system seems to be a little more friendly (could be subjective). I have a two year contract and will opt for an Elite package at renewal. Great job GuruAid. 5 stars baby!

I have had guruaid for almost a year and they are amazing no matter the time of day or night they have helped me solve all my computer problems my tec today and a few other times has been MR. Sajid Shaikh who is very helpful and very professional in this area of cleaning and virus scans and clean outs on my computer, I would recommend them to anyone they get a 5 star rating with me and I am continuing my renew plan for two years. GuruAid is the best. You don't need an appointment with the geek squad. All you have to do is pick up the phone, tell them your problem and they fix it. They are polite, trustworthy and they know what they are doing. I am a 73 year old Grandmother and they can walk me through anything.
