Guruaid has always been very good in keeping my computer running. My biggest problem is that I wait to long to get it serviced. You are paying for the service and not really using it to get its true value. I am going on my fourth year of service from them.

I became aware of Guruaid when I contacted the helpline for McAfee after a supposedly automatic renewal of McAfee software went wrong. Guruaid gave prompt and excellent support by sorting it out (albeit for a fee!). It seems to be an excellent support service for those who are not boffins. Time will tell over the coming weeks, but it has started well...

Today I had to call GuruAid for assistance with issues i've been having with my computer. As always, the people I spoke with are extremely professional, eager to help, and can quickly get issues solved. I want to say a special thanks to Fayed for helping me today. He attended to each and every issue I called in for, and then asked if there was anything else he could do for me. GuruAid is a super company, which I would highly recommend.

I contacted GuruAid again today. Yesterday they did a great job of clearing up a lot of junk and unwanted and dangerous things on my system. They cleared it up nicely. Today, I called because I had a problem with a check printing program I just purchased. They took care of that also. Love GuruAid. Have been with them for several years. Highly recommend them to anyone with a computer or IPad and is not too electronic savvy.

I have been a customer of GuruAid since my house was struck by lightning earlier this year and I had to get all new equipment. I would recommend them to anyone. Their technicians are excellent, responsive, easy to communicate with, do their jobs efficiently while explaining what they are doing. I am very happy to be a GuruAid customer.

I found these guys very helpful and very patient with my and spent a whole day "servicing" my computer. I paid a year's subscription in August but forgot to ask them for remote access in September.

I have this morning sent my phone number and details to them for help as my computer keeps freezing so I will update this later to let you know if they have contacted me to uphold their end of the contract.

I had problems installing antivirus software so I spoke to someone at GuruAid and allowed him remote access to my computer. He said showed me loads of "viruses" I had and promised he could then install the antivirus then but not before; all for £80. I said no and stopped his remote access. I then rectified the problem myself by un-installing outdated software and installing the new. This is now running fine and has detected no issues with my computer. Moral of the story; "Do not trust, they will make you believe you have more issues with your PC then you really do".

I can't praise GuRu Aid enough. I have never been less than pleased with the service, and the agents are so understanding of my lack of knowledge of the computer. Always thorough & don't leave 'til I'm satisfied. I give them 5 stars.

I have recommended GuruAid to others who may not know how to take care of problems on their computers. They may already have contacted GuruAid for assistance.

It just seems to take so long to get through a session sometimes, but it must be what it takes to correct the problems as on this session-it was over 3 hours. Sorry, but it is very tiring

Guru Aid has the best technical support and services. No matter what the problem, they can fix it. My technician, Raja Ramaswamy, did a superb job cleaning up my computer and helping me fix my printer problems. I salute them as the best in their field.

Excellent service

Excellent service. All the reps are very, very patient and helpful. What I especially like is the follow-up. Once the chat is finished, they don't just disappear, but call back in a few days to see how things are going. Great customer service in a time when that is not so common.
