Al though I can not be sure as I have no medical knowledge but since starting this daily regiment my Dinara issue have almost cleared up I belive it was caused from the med for diabetes I take 2 for it I know that my last book check last February I was at 10.2 a1c when I found out last year I was at 14. I recently was tested again andni. Was at 6.7 A1C my doctor was surprised. Me too. I am also take BP meds that also has been improving i.am hopefully these per biotics are what's making the difference. I also expirance a lot of had pain now arthritis is bad for me. Most morning I move slowly down my stairs. At some point after using the olive oil, I noticed i was moving down the stairs pain free. So I ordered some for my daughter, she loves the pearls!

I feel I have noticed a good, positive difference after using BioComplete regularly for about a month. During this time I've also "started" to adjust my diet to be on line with the Plant Paradox... mostly paying attention to what I stop eating! I have noticed the benefits of BioComplete 3 more so when I'm eating better, and how quickly I can get back on track after indulging (think traditional Thanksgiving dinner AND desserts!). To my great surprise, I returned from a week long trip over Thanksgiving holiday where I thought for sure I had gained several pounds and literally thought my scale was not working correctly. After checking my weight 3 times, and even moving the scale to be sure it was level, I actually haff lost a few pounds!
Originally, I was skeptical about the claims of increased energy, but I am pleased to say I was wrong... more energy and alertness, and less issues with afternoon drowsiness and brain fog.

Thank you Dr Gundry for coming up with this formula. I recently changed my diet, I was 300lbs eating the Standard American Diet (SAD) and I ballooned up to 314lbs. Just by cutting out grains which had my asthma and eczema aggravated I loss 14 lbs. Then 1-5-2020 I changed my eating habit to cut out refined sugar and a lot of carbs I have loss 60lbs but it left my bowels sluggish. The Bio3 has made a great improvement. Daily movements sometimes 2 to 3 times. I know I still have a ways to go but I am well on my way. I have been hospitalized with COVID19 Thank God I made it.

This product has improved my diarrhea substantially. However I have now developed a UTI that won't go away. Getting my third prescription for another antibiotic.
I found that Lectin Shield taken together with Bio Complete 3 Total Restore and Bio Sync is amazingly effective. I lost 14 kgs withing about four months and after that am effortlessly maintaining my "new" weight, even though I do not adhear to a strict diet. For example, even though, I completely stopped bying food items such as tomatos and other foods, that are rich on lectins for my home meals, I eat some of them on occasions if they are served as part of meals when I eat out.

I have definitely been very regular and have had no stomach issues nor cramping, since I started my daily Bio-3 routine, now has been over 3 weeks into my first month supply; I wasn't that bad off to begin with, daily drinking coffee has always seemed to keep me fairly regular, but also occasional (maybe weekly) bouts of cramps, diarrhea; I believe the science is sound, makes sense, and so I am continuing, have now ordered a three month supply.
I use this each morning in my smoothie with MCT Oil, Primal plants powder, coconut mile, and lemon juice. It is energizing and satisfies my appetite. Very pleased
