My husband and I have been taking Dr. Gundry's ProPlant Complete Shake for about two months now; and we have both noticed improvements in our health. We take it 1st thing in the morning; and we both feel that we have more energy during the day. Both of us have also noticed an improvement in our digestive systems; and better regularity. The chocolate flavor is terrific too!

I received the package about a week and a half ago. I am thrilled with the products. I am feeling better already. I have had trouble sleeping for years. I am sleeping at least 5 hours a night. I have more energy. I am looking forward to the future. I am sure the longer I use these products, the stronger I will be.

I'm 66 yrs old and an avid cyclist who biked 8000 miles in 2020. I have been drinking the ProPlant Shake for over a month and really like it. I have it in the morning with almond milk and a banana. It has become a clean, light, healthy replacement for breakfast. Plus, I had been trying to quit coffee and now I find that the shake also replaces my morning craving for coffee! I drink my shakes before going out on my almost-daily bike rides. I do like the chocolate taste. On the down side, I have had to experiment with what I add to the shake -- tap water or coconut water or almond milk -- because I get diarrhea when I use coconut water (well, the canister does say 'potent high fiber'). I want to think that the shake was just 'cleaning me up' in a good way because I do feel lighter, leaner by using the shake for over a month now.

I read some of the suggestion on the site and seen how others use the product so I now start my mornings with the shake, and i don't get hungry till the afternoon after a good 1hr work out. I have notice the drop in weight and i feel the energy since my work outs last a bit longer now. My wife now just started to take the shake since now she wants to loose a few pounds her self since i told her how it eliminates those cravings. So with the Bio 3 Compete and the shake, I have seen the changes on my waist line and energy. I strongly recommend.

So this product caught my eye as I was about to listen to my U Tube meditation and some guy starts talking about brushing your teeth with oil. Yes you heard me right so of course I had to watch, after everything he shared what do I have to loss. Second I had just gotten over thyroid cancer and was all for something natural that could overall help my body and health. Fast forward two months in my teeth are whiter, I do have better energy and less brain fog and my system overall feels better. Also my family and friends have noticed the changes as well.
Thank you Doctor Gundry for if it wasn't for your video I might have never found this sight or learned some great health facts.

I definitely have stomach and poop issues. I believe these issues are from years of taking antibiotics as a kid. I have tried multiple diets and supplements. About 9 moths ago I significantly reduced my meat intake (limited meat to only 2-3 meals a week), which has helped. I have been taking BioChem 3 for about 2.5 weeks and have definitely noticed easy poops, less hunger and junk food cravings and much better sleep. I am very happy with the product and will continue to use it. I also enjoy the educational aspect of your emails, I think you can lose the hokey marketing stuff.
