Bio Complete 3 is the best probiotic I have ever taken. I have suffered from stomach issues in the past. I have no stomach issues now and no pain. My sensitivity to gluten has even improved. I started taking Total Restore first. I love both products. I feel great and have my energy back!
I do not know what over weight on my my body is. I have a very active life style I have recorded ******* miles on my stationary bike. Then in 2011 I suffered Aortic valve problem. Had it replaced. I like the flavor of the shake, except a slight bitter taste from the Stevia. Many people like Stevia, and I guess I am one of the few that picks up on the bitter after taste. To counteract this, I add almond milk that is lightly sweetened, or some frozen blueberries or other low sugar fruit. If you let the mixture sit for a few minutes after blending, it becomes thick like a milkshake. Dr. Gundry uses high quality ingredients. It's a great way to grab something on the way out the door when you don't have time or aren't ready for a meal. It holds me over for a couple of hours.
I thought I should never eat pizza again. Every time I ate a pizza. Felt like stuck inside my belly. After I found Lectin shield. Few hours later, could feel pizza went out..., ;)) . Nothing could stuck inside my belly. Feels light
I have been taking this supplement for over 6 months. I feel that it is a necessity I have been slimming down and I feel like my digestion has improved. I take a lot of Gundry supplements every day and this one Bio 3 I feel like it is something I have to take before my two meals of the day. Bio 3 is my favorite supplement but I do love all the other Gundry products.
I have been taking for approximately 1 month. Have noticed weight loss and eating smaller portions. Some of the bloating has decreased. I have been diagnosed with SIBO and Leaky Gut so I imagine the process will not be overnight in correcting my issues. Will be re-ordering.

I did noticed that for the first week i burped continuously and the bloating has disappeared. Other than that there has been no great change but I am optimistic and I am hoping for great results as I continue with the product.

I love the taste, not too sweet, and the consistency is perfect when I add coconut milk, fruit, handful of greens, a scoop of Primal Plant superfood, 1/4 avocado, water and ice. Fills me up and gives me energy for the morning! Love it!

I am enjoying the supplement overall. I think I am experiencing slightly more frequency in my bathroom visits and slightly less bloated. I can't say I am knocked out with the results, but feel a bit better than before.

Since starting Bio Complete 3, my bowel movements have been very regular every morning almost immediately after getting up out of bed. I have the urge to go, but not the pain I used to have.
