Awful experience. You invest your hard earned money and they don't regard customers. I understand that there are certain Policies but sometimes customers do get confuse and they end up buying something which is not really what they want to buy and what to exchange but rather than pacifying customers they try to insult them by letting them know that they are doing favour or so. Every time I have ordered something wrong item comes wrong size I I'm so disappointed and for a quick solution I have to drive 40 minutes to the store the whole reason of ordering online is to avoid going out of my way I love gas and I have spent so much money on the actual store but now that there is no longer the store near me I have to resort to using online and I am beyond unhappy their customer service is amazing when you call but the fact that I guess has amazing clothes and I've never had this kind of problem except for when shopping online is very disappointing

I noticed when my phone auto filled my order my unit wasn't there. I immediately emailed customer service and asked them to update it. I did this 4 times with no reply. I checked the tracking and now it's being returned to sender. Not one email letting me know they can't update it or to cancel the order and reorder. Nothing. No response. Absolutely unacceptable

Since a year i receive every day some mails from this $#*!er spammer how I don't know everything, I live in France and I had never shop in Canada and some less in guess, since this time I hate guess factory. I tried to unsubscribe their without success. I HATE GUESS.
I have never met such bad service. I placed an order on the website, paid, an hour later I have got an email that one product from my order (a backpack) is unavailable, although it is available on the website. After forty minutes I have got another email that my order is confirmed and the backpack is in my order, so I think everything is fine and I'm waiting for my package. A few days later, the next email arrives that my parcel is already on the way and the backpack is not in it. I'm writing a letter to the support service, I'm waiting for a response as indicated, 48 hours. There is no answer. During this time, the parcel arrives at the international warehouse and it is no longer possible to change the waybill, because of which I will face problems at customs. As a result, I got: unnecessary t-shirts that I ordered to fill the basket for free shipping, jeans that I was going to order from another store, but in order to group the order I decided to order here already, the lack of a backpack, for which I made all this order, complete ignoring of appeals by the store. By the way, the backpack on the website was and is still available to this day, but for some reason it was not sent to me. I will never order from this store again and do not recommend it to anyone
I placed an order for 5 pairs of shoes and a purse on April 28th and received a confirmation.
May 1st I receive an email with the following "Unfortunately, our team was unable to complete your order. You have not been charged for this order."

I returned a product months ago, provided the Guess representative with the Canada Post Receipt because I yet have not been refunded. The purchase was made during Christmas, and my total bill was $244.00. Of that total, I returned a product that was $45.99 and STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND! This is a billion dollar company, I've been a customer for over 20 years. They are cheap and a rip off!

I ordered a purse it said delived I never got the item. I checked everywhere and only go the invoice sheet in my mail box. After contact the company they told me I would have to buy the same item at the same price and they will ship that one out and then after that I would get a refund. I said absolutely not you refund me and I will buy in person. They said it will take a few hrs to receive the email then a few days to get my refund. Haven't got anything yet. This is horrible! Please don't buy from them it's no worth it! Go in person it's the same prices in person in a guess outlet. If I don't get my refund I will use my online platform and make sure I reach as many people of this scam.
I ordered for 3 x watches and after nearly 4 weeks a parcel was delivered. I opened the parcel to find a pair of SUNGLASSES!? I have been trying to email them using the site and the email address from the confirmation email but I haven't had any response to the 4-5 emails I have sent! I want my money back or the items I ordered to be resent to me. I want to cancel my second order that I made while I was waiting for the first one to arrive!
Went to Woodbridge Ontario location. Manager John told me they can't take return on a brand new sandals which I wore one time and they broke. Absolutely unbelievable how they are running this business with zero customer service
After purchasing a cart of items, i was informed much later, most were not available. The tank top with the guess print that was... was HALF a shirt. In the picture the girl was completely covered... I got enough for one rib. Disappointed in this site.
My purchases are most likely always sold out after checkout and my gift-card was charged! Then if they cancel items you don't get the discount that you where supposed to get you pay full price because you did not reach the amount spent for the discount! Are you serious about this Guess? I hope they get there inventory better under control before checkout this is really upsetting. And now I have to take care to get the right amount back to my giftcard. Next time just cancel my whole order or contact me before there is a change in the price if I still want the item.
I bought two items recently ( in Canada) and I'm so dissapointed with both. One was a bodysuit I bought for an upcoming Christmas party and It's way too small. I followed the size chart as well. The second item was a shirt and the picture looks completely different from the product that arrived. I want to return because I barely have any money but it seems from other reviews that is not a great idea. I have been shopping at guess for over 17 years and this will be my last purchase. I am going to sell my items online and continue to buy from dynamite.

Three displays multiple shelves all displaying 30 percent off purses. Two different people in front of us same thing. After ringing up price no discount then have to ask person from back of store called up to check very small writing under signs in huge every shelf say 30 percent off say on certain purse. You have to still purchase or ruin shopping experience for who picked out purse. Same on you same happend on sandals last trip never to purchase this brand again for any one.
I love the clothes at Guess Factory. I have purchased clothing online twice. I would recommend purchasing a size up from your normal size as they do fit on the smaller size (XS is more like XXS in the t shirts) but the quality is great and they are super cute. The orders come quickly and there are good online deals - free shipping if you buy over a certain amount (Rakuten is a great way to find deals). If you like cute sexy fitted clothes that are at a good price this a good place.
