I placed an order for 5 pairs of shoes and a purse on April 28th and received a confirmation.
May 1st I receive an email with the following "Unfortunately, our team was unable to complete your order. You have not been charged for this order."
NO OTHER DETAILS...what is this about
They were kind enough to suggest I contact them via phone to replace my order.
No and that's it for buying from GUESS
