I can not cancel my grove book I guess I will need to cancel my Credit card to have this off my acount

I too have used groove book, great quality, but I do not have 100 pictures a month to send them...
Got an email saying I would receive my book in 10-14 days. It's been 16 days and no book?
Even I deleted my creditcard info, it still constantly charge me. Ridiculous! Don't use it!
I have sent 3 emails now to cancel and still being charged. Avoid this like the plague!
No me gusta el servicio, primero se demoran en enviar las fotos, y para colmo subas fotos o no igual te quitan el dinero de la tarjeta, eso no sirve
