Since June I have consistently been having issues when items on my orders are not in stock and told at time of p/u or delivery. Walmart authorizes the charges and the authorizations do not drop from our banks for a week and if it is on the new Healthy Benefits Plan From United Health Care, funds are not credited for 10+ days plus if they are at all. Walmart should not do this. They should charge when they ship or process the correct payment minus items mission the moment the order gets delivered. Such an incovenience and not to mention the time on the phone for this happening now all the time.
They do not communicate with the customer. You can't meet them downstairs because they do not let you know they have arrived. Leave groceries in lobby and they all get stolen. Specifically have it written down not to leave in lobby and they still do. I stopped shopping at Walmart. I would like to get in touch with the CEO and let him know how his customers are being treated. Terrible service.
They took money out of my bank only to fully cancel order 4 hours before delivery with lame excuse that products of cat litter, spinach, pop, cat food etc out of stock
Now waiting days for my money back and trying to order elsewhere
1. The sour dough bread was not the same as I ordered.
2. I ordered cookies and cream ice cream and received chocolate.
3. Part of order was left down sidewalk away from from front door.
4. Never have receive a receipt with order.
I must say this is the worst grocery delivery service I have ever used. Spoke with a Eddie R who is a supervisor there for the Lawrenceville GA collins Hills location and he had no empathy or sympathy that I did not receive my order I placed earlier in the afternoon yesterday which by the way my groceries is still not here this morning!
Asked him for a coupon and he only wanted to offer $10.00! I should have gotten all my money back from this order as a courtesy. Everyone expect this supervisor Eddie that I spoke to this morning was trying to help me. Yesterday I stayed on the phone for over an hour trying to get my order delivered. The rep could not reach the driver OR the store this is unacceptable after you take my money and did not deliver my groceries. I would NEVER RECOMMEND Walmart grocery delivery service. The worst!
So. I placed a large order and ran into a few snags with the one item that caused me to order to begin with. Wal Mart Suet cakes for birds. Their price is phenomenal. I called and dealt with 2 Wal Marts in order to rectify the situation. 2 employees did an absolutely wonderful job fixing the situation. One of the employees names is Tyson. I am very impressed with how a solution was found. The staff dealt with me clearly and professionally and I applaud them. So many other local businesses could take a lesson in basic customer service. These employees went above and beyond. Good for you and thank you!

I have been ordering from wallmart deliver religiously for over a year now sometimes 3 x a week. I always get 2h express and they are not consistent. Today my 2h express order that I payed extra for is not here yet and it has been almost 2 and a half hours. Why am I buying a service that is not reliable. I called the customer service they are not helpful at all. Said that it was suppose to be delivered at 3:30 to 430...telling me it hasn't been 2 hours. I know when I ordered my groceries.so does the app. Disappointed to say the least. The last month it has been horrible. Rotten bananas for 47 cents each a full flat of eggs every one broken. Mind blowing
Concerning my FAILED Delivery. I've spoken to Corporate on the phone concerning online delivery. I spoke to the store manager over Pickup and delivery and also Spark, Walmart driver service. I STILL could Not get my order. It can't be delivered. It can't be picked up. And if I cancel it. My money will Not go back to my card for 1 to 5 days, so I cannot even RE SHOP! I would LOVE to get more than 2 days of apologies. No food. No money. Bed ridden husband I was trying to order food for before going to work. Instead. He had to wait all day without food until I got off.
Too much! Too little. Too late.
I scheduled a pickup over 24 hours in advance for the hour 4-5 pm. I arrived in the pickup area about 3:50 pm which was a little early as I had just come from a doctor's appointment. At 4 pm, I get a text message that tells me my pickup will be delayed 2 hours. Since I live about 20 miles from the store, it would be not only costly for me to go home and come back, but time consuming. I had other plans for the evening. This was only one of the poor services I have experienced from this store. If you go inside, you either have to do a self checkout or wait in a long line for a cashier. If you want good service in a grocery store, may I suggest you go SOME WHERE ELSE!
I have ordered at least twice a month from Walmarts online grocery service and always seem to have some type of problem every order! Today's was left outside at door of 20 apartment building and not at my door as requested as soon as I received text that it had been delivered looked out my door and nothing went downstairs and it was outside! Delivery driver was getting back in his van and stopped him and he took it all back and told me he was not allowed inside any buildings which is a lie because all other orders came straight to my apartment. He sent me a text with picture of items delivered and as you can see there is no case of water, case of Pepsi, and no case of protein shakes!
How does a place like walmart deliver spoiled watermelon in a plastic container. Not once but twice! Every time there is an update on the app it is a disaster! I'm home sick and ordered my groceries. They were delivered and got up a few min later only to find out they were gone! Taken back to the store cause I had to sign for the nyquil I ordered. When did this change! Thus is ridiculous! I had to reorder and wait for the driver so I could sign. So much for contact less delivery!
I ordered my monthly groceries from Walmart today. I am disabled and have to live on a fixed income and use food stamps for my food. I waited all day for my groceries. First I get a message saying they will be late. Then, they delivered my groceries to completely the wrong place, wrong apartment number, wrong everything. So now I get to starve today, because I can't afford to order food from a restaurant. Never going to buy anything from Walmart EVER again. It's not that hard to put an address into Google maps to find the damn address! Going to get my groceries delivered from Publix from here on out. You just lost another customer Walmart. Thanks for nothing. Not only did I not get my groceries, but I had to spend 30 minutes+ trying to get a refund, and then they screw my refund up! Absolutely terrible, never again!
I ordered delivery and 7 items weren't available, I got an email saying I will be refunded six dollars and some change. I looked at my order and added up all the items and it was over 30 dollars not including tax. I called and questioned about this and after them having to look into it the person said " yes I see it should be 16 dollars " I then had to tell him if he had a calculator and went over each item with the price. So now I have to wait for an email. Hmm, let's see what happens. This isn't the first time I noticed this now I want them to go over all my orders!
So sick of Walmart and their screw ups. If you are gonna charge my card BEFORE you make sure you have all the ordered products than you better be ready to put my money immediately back on my card when you don't have what is ordered. I shouldn't have to wait 7-10 business days for MY money. Sickening a$$ store. And don't bother calling for a manager. They apparently don't have any. With a $hit. Hence the crappy run store
I have experienced deliveries going to wrong house, delayed deliveries multiple times, as much as 6 hrs after multiple calls to store. 3rd party delivery service is the problem. I don't know what Walmart should do, but they should change who they currently deal with or get someone that knows how to manage home deliveries. What is currently happening is totally unacceptable for Walmart.
If you sign up for Walmart Grocery Delivery, prepare to get the oldest milk, and the stalest bread. Managers must tell their store shoppers to get rid of the leftovers first. If you call and complain, the store won't do anything. It's a shame because so many old and sick people use this service.
The new staff at the Ashley Circle Walmart in Charleston have changed the pick up game! Catherine and the young man with black hair and a ponytail are very fast and efficient at the pickup area. Thankyou for hiring them.
Please read the messages back and forth. As they gave me the runaround for 2 hours and I finally canceled the order. I will never step foot in another Walmart as long as I'm on this Earth. Very very disappointed
I know sometimes it gets busy. But their drivers are always late with your groceries. Sometimes the food isn't the best quality, either. I ordered two cans of no salt added sweet peas on January 1,2024. It was delivered on the 2nd. I opened it on February 25th 2024. It was around 1:25 am in the morning. One of the cans had a black bug in it. That is so gross and disgusting. I took a picture of it on my phone. The black bug was dead of course.
Dont use Walmart or at least turn off substitutes. I have got strawberry milk for white milk white bread for wheat, and several other idiotic substitutes. On top of that they are always late on delivery, last time over 3 hours! Nobody could give me an update and half of my items were spoiled squished our destroyed. They are always our of everything and the delivery drivers often don't do there job or are incompetent. I had the last driver harass me for over 30 minutes and tell me her entire life and how to was almost murder and plenty of other things that were TMI. Creepy! I purposely dont go to the store to avoid people
