Due to missing food, I am no longer going to use Walmart delivery. I am disabled and depend on that service. Today my Walmart delivery order was missing some important food items, presumably given to someone else, since I have received other people's orders on many occasions. Right now money is really tight so that food was carefully budgeted and is needed. Walmart will issue a refund, but that takes up to 10 days, and I need to replace the items asap. This store is incompetent and I'll no longer be a delivery customer.

Not up to 10 business days but a full 10 days. I have called and chatted with AI bots and to no avail.
THE REFUND POLICY OF TAKING A FULL 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO RETURN IF YOU CANCEL A PICK UP ORDER SHOULD BE DISCLOSED IN WRITING AT THE MOMENT YOU ENTER THE PURCHASE CART.
I think this is a good class action suit just waiting to happen.

I ordered a cake and ice cream for Father's Day and my sons birthday. They sent ice cream but didn't even bother trying to substitute a cake (apparently they were out of the particular one that I ordered). We celebrate in less than 30 minutes and only have ice cream :( . Just had a procedure done on my back and I can't get out to purchase one.

My boyfriend will understand but my 10 year old was left in tears with no birthday cake.

You substitute everything else. WHY would you do this?!?!

I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. Unless you plan to waste your time and have nothing better to do than wait for your order for days because a driver keeps picking up the order then canceling it. I put two orders I got one last night and am still waiting 24hours later for my second order. Do not waste your time go through Instacart it will save you the headache that extra few dollars.

First delivery - ordered tape measure, baking pans, peeler, and a razor. Only received peeler but charged for everything, called walmart support which told me to call the store, I called the store and some lady answered asking what I ordered then told me TO TEXT HER PICTURES Of THE ITEMS then TEXTED ME BACK saying she couldn't see the items. After a few hours the order was cancelled. Eventually got refunded weeks later.

Second delivery - ordered basic groceries like ice cream, bread, pineapple, milk and a pillow. Received nothing, had to call the store AGAIN and get it refunded after proving it was never delivered.

Ordered online - vacuum and floor mat, 80$ worth of items. Got a notification against my will that it would be delivered from the nearest store, and I panicked. I received a can of cream of mushroom soup and a bag of chips. I called online help saying how terrible the store was and I wasn't going to be able to get through to them, and they told me to call the store and did nothing. I called the store, they also did nothing. It's been 2 years and walmart still charged me 80$ for items I never received.

Anyone with more money or time than me would consider this lawsuit worthy. This should be illegal.

I placed a order on Tuesday I received a delay email for 2 hours today is Thursday still haven't received my food tried calling the store no answer call the 800 number they don't speak no English and they don't know nothing that's going on with the order. No calls No emails to communicate an update

Waste of money

Milk was sour. Had to pour it out. Two items were not delivered even though I was charged. I had to call to get a refund. In an attempt to save some time, grocery shopping became even more of a hassle. I will not be using Wal Mart's delivery service again.

Walmart Delivery Is a Scam

So I order over $200 with of groceries around 5:30 today! I checked it and my reservation time was 9/10pm! I have no idea why it stated my items were otw a few mins before 9pm! Mind you the Walmart is 3.1 miles away from my home! 9:16pm still saying out for delivery! 9:30, then 10 it's still saying the same thing! Mind you I had an order of popsicles, magnum ice cream bars as well as a tub of ice cream! At about 10 I received and email saying my delivery was delayed and my estimated wait delivery time was 2 more hours! It is currently 12:23 and it now again says delayed yet no email, no notification! Only saw it because I clicked on the app! No estimated time this go round! Atp I know my things are stolen by whatever authorities drive Walmart hired! Why does it take 4 plus hours to deliver groceries when again my home is 3.1 miles from the shopping center itself! It was BS from beginning and the fact that WALMART allows this is BEYOND ME! But let me walk in their establishments and steal a pack of gum! I would be arrested and trust passed FOREVER! Yet they can't tell when there contracted employees are thieves! Canceling my membership and start shopping at Publix like I usually do! Talk about unethical at its finest! We need to find a way to sue Walmart! I'm sure the driver doesn't mind. They get free groceries and a pass with no consequences!

They never get it right

I guess the driver couldn't find my apartment number so they couldn't deliver my order. I called walmart.com to complain but they couldn't speak English so I could report the driver. Do better people! It's just to frustrating to deal with walmart.

Canceled for no reason

I placed an order for delivery for the first time and used my debit card to pay and tip. I got an email 10 minutes that my order was canceled due to returns policy violation. This is a brand new never used Walmart grocery account. When I requested to know what the policy violation was and for what items, there was no violation as it was a new account and they weren't sure. I requested the order to be placed through but was told as they canceled it I would have to wait 3-5 days for the bank to refund the money. I could just order it again and it would probably go through. What?! Canceled for no reason, no refund and you want me to order again and hope it goes through?

Child labor

Two children under 12 put out groceries at our door while the parents watched, items dropped, jelly left and run over in the driveway, chips opened and half gone! We have it all on video! It's was at 9:00 pm on school night as well. People are grimy

I have been a Walmart+ customer for 1 year now. It was going well until the beginning of this year they started double charging me for all my orders and other charges that their customer service didn't know about coming from them started coming through on my credit card. The gas and regular shipped online orders are still fine, but I will not be using Walmart for any grocery purchases anymore.

I scheduled a pickup over 24 hours in advance for the hour 4-5 pm. I arrived in the pickup area about 3:50 pm which was a little early as I had just come from a doctor's appointment. At 4 pm, I get a text message that tells me my pickup will be delayed 2 hours. Since I live about 20 miles from the store, it would be not only costly for me to go home and come back, but time consuming. I had other plans for the evening. This was only one of the poor services I have experienced from this store. If you go inside, you either have to do a self checkout or wait in a long line for a cashier. If you want good service in a grocery store, may I suggest you go SOME WHERE ELSE!

I live outside Philadelphia by about an hour. I am in a fairly busy area and have excellent service from Walmart delivery. Every delivery driver is on time, gets all my items, and is very polite! Soo much better than Instacart. Also cheaper

I ordered food for my daughters party & my time was 3-4 driver came at 3:15 & sat in my parking lot & canceled my order because he said he couldn't find my apt…which I was standing on my balcony & looked right at him & he drove off…I called the 800 number & spoke to someone & told me I had to wait until he dropped my food back off at the store & they will send another driver to deliver my food…then 17 minutes later my whole ordered was canceled…so I had to end up going to Walmart to purchase the food myself…this is in Jacksonville Florida *******

Because Walmart delivery has no way to connect to shoppers, their mistakes go on endlessly. I keep ordering a prepackaged BAG of on-the-vine tomatoes. Every walmart shopper OPENS THE BAG AND TAKES OUT ONE TOMATO. There is no way to stop this from repeatedly happening every time because walmart has no text box to communicate with the shopper. It really sucks.

Stay away from this app. I placed a $178 dollar order and after paying I got an email telling me that half my order was canceled by the fraud department because of suspicious activity. Now they have all of my grocery money tied up for 7 to 10 business days. Will just have to wait and see if Walmart returns it. What a joke. Not laughing. You have been warned.

Either they get lost or act like they don't know how to follow the most basic of instructions. Worse than that, some of them don't even speak English. Walmart, WHY do you hire drivers that don't speak English? You know how frustrating and unacceptable that is? If they don't speak English, don't hire them. Period. This way, people like me don't have to put-up with it.

What other word describes paying for a service ($99 per year membership fee), then not receiving your grocery orders when you are supposed to or at all, next being forced to cancel the order on something you already paid for, and finally being told you can't get your money back for 3-5 days or longer? Time after time! And their policy is not to issue
A refund if you cancel your membership due to their failure to do what they said they'd do. Can you imagine how much customer money they are tying up? And don't you wonder how they are using it to make more $$$? I believe it's time for a federal consumer fraud investigation and class action suit against Walmart. Too many vulnerable people like myself are being unduly stressed and taken advantage of if the reviews are to be believed. What a terrible thing to do those who need home delivery of their food, a necessity to live. Shame on Walmart
