Nakon mnogo "jednostavnih" rezervacija, na green motion sam naišla slučajno, te nazvala u nadi da primaju debitne kartice za depozit. To nažalost nije moguće (travanj 2024.) ali me je zaposlenik izvijestio kako nema potrebe za depozitom ukoliko se bukira premium plus opcija. Isplati se dati nešto novca više, za nešto više sigurnosti i fleksibilnosti. Auto još uvijek nisam pokupila, ali vjerujem da će sve biti super 😉

I have found after twice renting with green motion at their Stansted location that they are very fairly priced and their staff are professional and courteous. I was offered a good upgrade for a reasonable price, and was pleased with the vehicle I chose. All of their cars are new or nearly new and they have a very good selection. For my money they are the best at the Airport post covid by some way and hope they stay and grow.

Promised and paid for a specific group of car but got one level downgraded. Anyhow, the downgraded car was brand new and we were okay with that. Very satisfied as always. I can clearly say that the best rental company around Sabiha Gokcen area which that's why we always use them. Pay bit more but at least drive and rent without worry. Special thanks to Turgay at the pick up and Ibrahim at the drop off. Green Motion Sabiha Gokcen is just simply the number one!

Answer: I have used them many times, always cheapest, always very new cars, always charming and helpful staff ( Stansted Airport). Every firm will try to get you to upgrade. Buy a 3rd party policy, and just say you have your own cover. Up to now I have never been scammed. I ALWAYS inspect the vehicle before. I drive off. I take photos and make sure I get it inspected and signed off by staff when I take it back.
Answer: Speeding/parking tickets and police action are slow. They keep the deposit until they are sure there will be no problems with any of those costs. (and yeah, would be speeding fine + massive green motion fee).

I can confirm that security deposits are automatically released by Green Motion on the last day of your rental after it has been established that the rental vehicle has been returned in the same condition as it was provided, and there are no further outstanding charges. Whilst in most cases this is available again within 10 working days, unfortunately, this can take up to 30 days depending on the bank that you use. We suggest that you contact your bank as they may be able to speed this process up for you. Green Motion's policy is to use pre-authorised transactions for our security deposits, which ring-fence the amount within your account, not charge it. This pre-authorised transaction will allow us to make charges if necessary at the end of the rental, but unless this occurs no money will leave your account. Due to the nature of this transaction, the release of these funds may not show on your bank statement as a separate transaction. If you believe that you have been charged your security deposit, please contact your bank and ask them to provide proof of the transaction as a charge on the first day of your rental so that we can look further into this for you. If this amount is still not available in your account after 30 days from the last day of your rental, please contact us at escalation@cs.greenmotion.com. Answer: I believe Green Motion are a perfectly fair and respectful company. I suspect you didn't read their Ts&Cs properly. The two customers being served while I was collecting my car had also not read/understood the conditions and were caught by surprise. The representative dealt with them firmly but fairly.
