We had very good experience of Green Motion. We have always get a new car and here in Lapland we appreciated pre heated car. Last time in January outside temperature was -32C and we started our trip with warm car! Pick up of car has been quick. Walk from train was only 100m.

Airport office personnel are very kind and helpful. The car was new, very clean and there wasn't any problem. Price is worthy but I used a coupon code, mine was cheaper than normal. For that I'm very satisfied.
I prefer GreenMotion again, if pricing is economic

Th guy at the desk was extremely helpful and accomodating. He worked with me to resolve a credit card issue I had so that we could still hire the car. The car we hired was superb and very competitively priced in comparison with other companies.
I'd definitely use them again and recommend them, especially their desk in KTT airport, Finland.

Car pickup arranged in the airport parking after a short call. Aligned to meet at the Costa Coffee, and car pickup done after only a few formalities. Drop off done as well after a short call in the airport parking. No delays, everything went as expected.

The office is situated at the railway station a 2 minute ride from the airport on the rail shuttle, down the escalator and your there, the cars are parked right outside the building no hassle, great staff and fast service

I already buy a rental insurance, however, I want to claim back from Green motion Manchester airport customer service staff only tell me give the tyre replacement original bill to him and confirm that ok, their office will pay back to me. Up to now no body reply and follow my case, the rental cover. Com request me give them the rental agreement but Green motion just tell me through online login to download, beside I think my login account is invalid

Long wait for pick up, so walked. Could have waited. Service at desk was courteous and prompt. Return of vehicle was completed promptly. Refilling tank to pick up level was a guessing game
