We had very good experience of Green Motion. We have always get a new car and here in Lapland we appreciated pre heated car. Last time in January outside temperature was -32C and we started our trip with warm car! Pick up of car has been quick. Walk from train was only 100m.

Airport office personnel are very kind and helpful. The car was new, very clean and there wasn't any problem. Price is worthy but I used a coupon code, mine was cheaper than normal. For that I'm very satisfied.

Th guy at the desk was extremely helpful and accomodating. He worked with me to resolve a credit card issue I had so that we could still hire the car. The car we hired was superb and very competitively priced in comparison with other companies.
I'd definitely use them again and recommend them, especially their desk in KTT airport, Finland.

The office is situated at the railway station a 2 minute ride from the airport on the rail shuttle, down the escalator and your there, the cars are parked right outside the building no hassle, great staff and fast service

I already buy a rental insurance, however, I want to claim back from Green motion Manchester airport customer service staff only tell me give the tyre replacement original bill to him and confirm that ok, their office will pay back to me. Up to now no body reply and follow my case, the rental cover. Com request me give them the rental agreement but Green motion just tell me through online login to download, beside I think my login account is invalid

Answer: I have used them many times, always cheapest, always very new cars, always charming and helpful staff ( Stansted Airport). Every firm will try to get you to upgrade. Buy a 3rd party policy, and just say you have your own cover. Up to now I have never been scammed. I ALWAYS inspect the vehicle before. I drive off. I take photos and make sure I get it inspected and signed off by staff when I take it back.
Answer: Speeding/parking tickets and police action are slow. They keep the deposit until they are sure there will be no problems with any of those costs. (and yeah, would be speeding fine + massive green motion fee).

I can confirm that security deposits are automatically released by Green Motion on the last day of your rental after it has been established that the rental vehicle has been returned in the same condition as it was provided, and there are no further outstanding charges. Whilst in most cases this is available again within 10 working days, unfortunately, this can take up to 30 days depending on the bank that you use. We suggest that you contact your bank as they may be able to speed this process up for you. Green Motion's policy is to use pre-authorised transactions for our security deposits, which ring-fence the amount within your account, not charge it. This pre-authorised transaction will allow us to make charges if necessary at the end of the rental, but unless this occurs no money will leave your account. Due to the nature of this transaction, the release of these funds may not show on your bank statement as a separate transaction. If you believe that you have been charged your security deposit, please contact your bank and ask them to provide proof of the transaction as a charge on the first day of your rental so that we can look further into this for you. If this amount is still not available in your account after 30 days from the last day of your rental, please contact us at escalation@cs.greenmotion.com. Answer: I believe Green Motion are a perfectly fair and respectful company. I suspect you didn't read their Ts&Cs properly. The two customers being served while I was collecting my car had also not read/understood the conditions and were caught by surprise. The representative dealt with them firmly but fairly.
