Years ago I used to order from Great Glam for sexy evening wear attire. Shipping was always fast & I always received what I ordered. If I ever needed to send an item back, they wasted no time sending out a replacement or issuing a refund. I haven't ordered from great Glam in about two to three years & decided to change that by placing an order for two items in mid May. Within 24 hours I sent an email requesting to cancel my order & either void or refund my payment as my order had not even gone into processing. I had read the bad reviews AFTER the fact & didn't want to risk it. Sadly it was too late. Or@ least that's what they told me. I got a reply saying my order was being processed (bull$#*!) & that it would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks or on or before 6/6/17.6/6/17 has come & gone & still no confirmation has been sent saying my items had been shipped, nor have I received my items. After sending another email to great Glam, they responded saying my order is STILL being processed & I would have to wait an additional 10days. They also said that although they previously stated 2 to 3 weeks or on or before 6/6/17, that sometimes it takes longer. They then stated that I could cancel my order (but when I originally requested to cancel my order within 24 hrs of placing it, I was told it couldn't be done), & receive a gift certificate to get something else. Why, so I can have the same damn issue again. I'm just going to call my bank & have them go after great Glam for my refund & also report them to the BBB or someone who can force them to take their site down.

I like GreatGlam.Com I never bought anything for myself because i never really find anything that fits my style you know i am more of a jean and sneaker girl its really rare to find me in a dress or a skirt unless its an important day l0l:)

But i did buy my mother her birthday Dress from here.

They Surprised me with the fast shipping.

To be honest i thought i was going to have a hard time with the site because these days you really do not know who to trust but i took my chances and i was more then pleased.

The dressed was this amazing looking blue and when i mom wore it i was amazed. I rarely see my mother all dressed up. So i guess you can say i am a fan of GreatGlam.

Any whoo The dress was not over priced and i did my research on the site before anything and i saw nothing but great reviews.

And to be honest the Review about them Using a Counterfeit BBB badge is the first bad thing i ever saw on the site.

I understand everyone is different so of course everyone has something different to say.

I Trust Great Glam.

They Worked with me in short time i had to get this dress.
Never rude or un-pleasant.

Basically I like GreatGlam.com

Maybe in the future i would find something i like and be Back to tell you my little story.

This is a horrible company. They send damaged items, bad returns policy, cheap... Poor customer service. Horrible, stay away from this company.

Ordered two months ago, package still has not shipped! Requested a refund for shipping based on the delay was told this "We cannot provide a specific arrival date or refund shipping as Special Order shipping was chosen."
