In my opinion, Graze is a great choice for anyone looking to improve their snack game and enjoy healthy, delicious options. The variety of options is impressive, with something for everyone, from sweet treats to savory options. I love that they have sample products for a very low price. The delivery was OK - for me.
I used to buy one of their snacks for a few years regularly but no more after this disappointing experience. Found a pretty big piece of cardboard in a package so sent an email asking how to replace it. A member of the customer service team asked me to send back at my own cost and they would offer some goodies to cover the postage. I questioned them why I should be losing money when it's not my error and spending my own time to go to the post office. Then finally they sent me an envelope with a stamp on. I sent it back a few weeks later. No update for a month since. I chased them and finally they admitted that the cardboard came from their product from packaging and they offered me to replace the item, plus one extra packet. The whole experience was painful and no, when they don't value clients I would never buy or order anything again from this company, never.

I have enjoyed my Graze packages each month. They are properly portioned and really yummy. I like that they deliver right to your door.
I've really enjoyed the Graze subscription boxes. I've liked mostly everything I've received so far. My only real complaint is related to shipping. I really wish there were a way to track the deliveries. I also wish that the packaging were a bit more sturdy. The current packaging is a little flimsy, and some boxes that I've received were a little beat up by the time I received them. The boxes won't fit in my mailbox, so the mail carrier has to leave them at my door. If the boxes weren't so thin, I'd be less worried about creepy crawlers (we have a lot of them in Florida where I live) finding their way into the boxes. This hasn't happened yet, but I've switched to having them delivered to my office because it's a real concern for me.
I like graze. It gives me the right sized snack and introduces me to different combinations.
I know it's kind of expensive, but it is a nice change of pace from regular grocery store snacks. I love that you get such a variety; but if I don't like it then I just rate it and I never get it again
I created a graze Acct to me from junk foods at the vending machines and that goal is accomplished. I'm still exploring different boxes to choose likes and dislikes. I have an intolerance to certain nuts (almonds, walnuts) so options have limitations. My co-workers are definitely curious!
At first, I was not sure what to expect. I got the free box and decided to try it monthly. So far, it has been a good experience. I enjoy receiving the boxes to see what I got and I have been mostly very satisfied with what was sent. I like the themed snacks and the fact that they usually taste as advertised. I would have no issues recommending them to a friend..

I really love this whole idea. Its a very smart idea to get people snacking healthy and letting the us know whats actually out there in terms of healthy snacks. And bringing them to your doorstep is invaluable! No one buys snacks at the grocery store that they MIGHT enjoy! Right?!?
I've received two of the same boxes in the last 6 months, but I LOVE the product! The snacks are yummy and just enough to get me through a late afternoon.
I like the Grave boxes, although I could do with less of the flapjacks. They are a nice tasty little snack.
I love these snacks. The flavors are amazing and the combinations are creative. They constantly have new snacks coming out. They have plenty of nutritious options and let you avoid snacks you don't like. It's a little hard for me to justify the cost, but so far I am still buying them because they are so darn good. I wish it were a dollar or two cheaper per box. Other pros: the website is easy to use, it's easy to change your subscription.

I really like graze but the size of the snacks you get are kinda disappointed they aren't very big... the boxes you get contain 8 credit card sized packages of different snacks. Also mostly the sweeter flavored snaxks are usually the ones that taste better and i would like them to have better tasting salty/savory snacks
First off I love their snacks! Great choices for all varieties snackers like. I have only one issue with Graze they need a phone number to contact them as I had something come up where I needed to talk to a person not an email. Hence why the one less star if they had communication other than email and FAQ lists it would of been a full 5.
All of the snacks at Graze have been delicious and, more importantly, the right portion size! I love being able to grab a Graze snack pack before I head out the door to take to work with me. It helps me make better snack choices and save money in the process! My coworker has started getting Graze boxes as well because he saw the yummy snacks I was bringing in!
I am only rating it 4 out of 5 stars because when I first signed up for Graze, I was supposed to get a free box of 4 snacks to try before getting my first box of 8. The first "free" box never came, which was pretty disappointing.

Although I previously rated this company with one star, I gotta admit I was wrong. They are not that bad after all. They refunded my money after I ordered an additional box by mistake after claiming my free one. I got to keep the box and the money as well. So I dont know why everyone says they are not happy to refund because I got the opposite feeling.
Now the reason I rated with four star is because of the snacks. Although I loved most of them and they definitely know how to mix stuff in order to give you the impression that you eat something fancy... The issue is with the variety of the snacks included in the box. They have lots of options but they only include 4 per box which means you have to buy a lot of boxes before you figure out which of the snacks you like and which you don't like.
So my advice would be to include a wider variety of snacks in the first few boxes so the new subscribers can get a taste of every snack fairly quick. You can do this by lowering the quantity of each snack so you can fit much more at once.
I'm definitely gonna subscribe again in the future as I gotta say I loved their service

I have enjoyed graze although i would like to see a little more variety in non"cookie" items. I am looking for a little protein and fiber in my snacks. I know you have some nuts and jerky items and I would like to see those more often and some of the other stuff mixed in. I do enjoy the dried kale and edamame as well as the dried chick peas
The snacks are made with quality healthy ingredients and I love the assortment of possibilities. I order an assortment of 8 per month, and it's never enough, it's usually gone within the first week!
Most of the graze snacks are really good and the ones you don't like you don't have to try again which is good. They have a nice variety of sweet and savory and wind up pleasing the whole family...
My kids like most of the snacks that have had since starting with Graze. There are quite a few dried fruits that have not been popular.
Signing up for GRAZE has been a great choice. I enjoy each box and look forward to them each week. Can't wait for this week's box!
Well I have enjoyed most of their snacks. It does seem to be a bit expensive for the amount received. Would be nice to have some of their "seasonal snacks" made available more than just during their "seasonal" time. Overall, the snacks are pretty good, nutritional, info is provided w/the selections which are helpful & I just wish there was more of the product for the price.
