In my opinion, Graze is a great choice for anyone looking to improve their snack game and enjoy healthy, delicious options. The variety of options is impressive, with something for everyone, from sweet treats to savory options. I love that they have sample products for a very low price. The delivery was OK - for me.
I used to buy one of their snacks for a few years regularly but no more after this disappointing experience. Found a pretty big piece of cardboard in a package so sent an email asking how to replace it. A member of the customer service team asked me to send back at my own cost and they would offer some goodies to cover the postage. I questioned them why I should be losing money when it's not my error and spending my own time to go to the post office. Then finally they sent me an envelope with a stamp on. I sent it back a few weeks later. No update for a month since. I chased them and finally they admitted that the cardboard came from their product from packaging and they offered me to replace the item, plus one extra packet. The whole experience was painful and no, when they don't value clients I would never buy or order anything again from this company, never.
This is my favorite restaurant in the entire world. No matter what I eat, the food is always delicious, and I always enjoy my lunch! Also excellent, servers are consistently prompt, cheerful, and courteous. Can't wait to go back and would not think twice to suggest to anyone searching for a restaurant.
My husband like the flap jacks & wants to continue to receive them. I did like trying some new items. Some hits, some misses. However, the value for the dollar doesn't quite add up for me. I understand shipping is a price consideration; that is why I have Amazon. I pay the bills & think that the amount we get for the price is not worth it. Will likely cancel soon. Don't think he will notice.
Delicious snacks but a little over priced for what they are and the amount of plastic waste is excessive
Price may appear a bit high, but the items are pretty good and they seem like a no hassle company if you want to change or cancel the service. My biggest problem is in the selection. Items are ranked Try, Like, and Love, but it doesn't seem to matter what you pick. I seem to have the same odds of getting any item. I've gotten boxes of only Try items and I've gotten Try items up to 3 times in a couple months with many other items never received.
I would value for price is about right. Delivery is irregular (you get one every week, but might arrive any day of the week). The packages are about the right size.
I wish there were more "sweet" options. Too many nuts, corn, nuts, berries, and nuts options.
I'm enjoying Graze, but I'm finding myself disappointed that I'm not getting more of the things I've marked as "love" in my packages each week. I'd love to see that change... I've found myself looking in supermarkets to find things that are similar, and if I find enough, who needs Graze? BUT if Graze just sent me more of my faves, I wouldn't have to do this.
Might have to cancel. Giving one more chance to see if I get a variety. Otherwise I will cancel subscription
Love geting the cute package of tasty treats. Unfortunately I find the offerings contain too much sugar and salt for my health concerns.

Graze is a fun little surprise to get every now and then. However, I haven't been over-the-moon ecstatic about anything. It's kind of pricey for snacks and I'm not convinced it's worth it.
I'm not a fan of dried fruits, too chewy and not really tasty, but the nuts, berries, and all the flapjacks will keep me coming back. It's easy, comparable in price to snacks I would normally purchase, and in single servings, so no overeating. A big plus!
Snacks can be tasty, right size but they don't match my tastes according to my preferences. Every week it seems like I'm getting the same snacks.
My last 2 boxes was smashed up so some of the packages was damaged. This has happened twice.
My first 2-3 boxes were awesome. I never received box #4 and it didn't seem like the company cared too much about it. I just received another box but it's basically full of snacks I've already had. With so much variety, I figured it would be quite awhile before I started receiving repeat items.
I'd like it better if you could select the 8 items for your box instead of allowing them to surprise you.
I love having the new box dropped off every week not knowing what it will contain but the price adds up

I do agree if you want great snack graze is the place to go. But I personally am on a fixed income and it became too expensive for me so I attempted to cancel. So easy right? Just call the customer service or cancel your order online. NO. They don't have a number to call. You must email. What the hell is that about? I want to speak to a PERSON. I'm pretty tech savvy and I attempted online cancelation but they dont want you to leave so your options? Delay or make changes to what you get in the box. It's like a damn health cult. ONCE YOU ENTER YOU NEVER LEAVE. But great food not gonna lie. I'm just too broke for this cult $#*!.
Hi Jeni, we're really sorry to hear that you had trouble cancelling. We don't offer telephone support, but we're always happy to help with any queries by email and we get back to our grazers as quickly as we can. You can cancel on our website, and we have instructions for this here: www.graze. Com/us/help/payments-and-cancellation/how-do-i-cancel-my-ongoing-subscription
Some of the snacks are really good, but the portions are pretty small for the price. I like having the option to tell it to never send specific items. I wanted to try this as an alternative to granola bars as my mid-morning snack, and I don't think I'll stick with it due to the expense.

I have tried about 4 boxes of graze now. I'm just waiting for my 5th box (free) so I can discontinue my membership.
There are rated snacks that I haven't had the opportunity to try. I have tried only half of the items I have read it love it or try it. I have received approximately six graze subscription boxes. I'm still waiting to try some banana dippers in berry compote. I have received the same items box after box.
My husband and I are still on the fence about Graze - we scaled back to an every other week subscription while we think about it. Some of the offerings are really fantastic and that is keeping us hooked for now, but we feel we're at a point where if we update our snack preferences again we'll be narrowing down the field so much that things are going to get too repetitive to keep the subscription for long.
Hi Mindy! Thanks so much for reaching out and for sharing your experience with graze. It's great to hear that you're enjoying your snacks, but it sounds like there are some snacks you might not want to see in the future. We're always looking to expand our snack range, and I would love to pass along your feedback to the guys in the graze kitchen.
If you don't mind, can you please send me an email to hi@graze.com with the subject line 'ATTN: SITEJABBER' so I can send your thoughts to the team and help you get some more variety in your boxes? Thanks so much in advance.
I look forward to hearing back from you, Mindy.

I got a discount through Groupon. It was a hassle to set up with discount. I set up 2 accounts one for me and one for my mom, It was hard to cancel. I was over charged on an order after I cancelled my subscription. They only have email customer service.
On the positive the snacks are okay but costly. Great variety.
Overall, there are some things I like and some I don't. Its just nice to have something to grab sometimes when you get hungry and you need a healthy late night snack. BUT I hate the dried fruits and they keep sending them even though I have requested that they be removed from my picks.
Honestly, I think the 8 pack snacks are a little steep. The quality is great but the price is higher than getting similar items at Whole Foods or the local grocer. The other issue I would identify is that part of the appeal to me was a variety of preportioned sweet treats but they aren't available year round. Other vendors use dry ice and other inexpensive methods of refrigeration for similar items and it seems like for the price of the packs that something like that should be an option.

Snacks are good for the most part, but definitely not in my diet range. I've got a stash of them now because I don't want to eat them. Too much sugar! Also, they never come on time. First box I got showed up on Monday, rest of them are 5-7 days late. What's the point?

Since 2008, seven friends (and a few helpers!) have been reinventing snacking, one delicious nibble at a time.
We all love food and wanted to get a lot more out of our snacking. So we started inventing snacks that showed off health's more pleasurable side, and working on the best way to get them to busy foodies like us.
We've now catered to over 5,000,000 grazers across both sides of the pond (graze USA est. 2013) - and as of summer 2015, we're in shops in the UK too!
Aside from snacks, we're also proud founders of our very own charity. We're passionate about where food comes from, including the impact on the people involved. When graze was started, so was the graze School of Farming, made to support and develop a sustainable farming community in rural Uganda.
Hi Gladys, we'd really like to make sure we can pack as much variety as possible into your boxes. Please could you email hi@graze.com so we can help with this :)
