I tried to cancel thru email. Said I would have answer ASAP. Well still waiting since Feb. 21. Order the 5 share box promotion offered for $20. Was charged $25.99. Had two promotions of $1 off on boxes. Still charged $11.99. Asked service every other week. Getting every week $11.99. Called phone number on charge receipt and cannot get a person. Sends you to graze.com email. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! WHAT A FAT SCAM.! SHAME ON YOU THEIVES! Calling my credit card and putting a fraud hold on my account. Will dispute all charges. You also will be reported to the "FBI"!
I have been purchasing and enjoying Graze snacks for nearly 2 years. I highly recommend it to all I know and they have loved it. I love the variety and that you can choose what you do and so not want. It's great.
Thank you all for a great product
I love Graze! They have so many delicious choices and options. I am currently watching calories so I have chosen the calorie count boxes. When I reach for a snack, I know it is going to indulge my craving without overloading me with unwanted calories. I love the options (and the fact I can tell them which ones I don't care for), I love the user-friendly website, and the care of customers (such as the fact that I can take a break from deliveries when I'm on vacation). Yes, I would recommend to a friend - and have!
I love Graze snack boxes! I look forward to getting my box to see what snacks are in it. The snacks are packaged nicely for traveling.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my Graze experience. It's best to test it out and see how quickly you can eat the snacks and adjust as needed. I enjoy the snacks but found they started to accrue on my desk quicker than I could eat them. Healthy alternative to the vending machine. Great portion sizes.
Overall very good. It's just that I get the same snacks almost every single month. No use is paying 11.99 for a repeat, especially if a type of snack I don't care for
Almost everything has been delicious, and having them in my desk is very convenient.
I love getting the Graze box in the mail at work and always having my pick of healthy sweet and savory treats at my desk when I need a little pick-me-up.
I started receiving Graze about 4 months ago as a healthier choice of snacking. Since then I have gotten several boxes of treats that are not only great tasting but healthy too. I take them on car rides and as snacks while I'm at work. I have told everyone how great this product is!
We love getting snacks from graze for my daughter to bring to school - they are so much healthier than what she used to bring and easy to grab. I wish they were not so expensive ($2 per snack) and also that it was easier to customize the snacks - right now she usually doesn't like at least 2 in each box of 8 because there are some ingredients in it that she doesn't like e.g. coconut. You can customize to say no nuts or no dairy but you can't eliminate specific ingredients. If you could, I'd give graze 5 stars!
Hi Carrie,
Thanks so much for sharing your feedback about snacking with us! It's so great to hear that your daughter is enjoying graze:)
I'm really sorry to hear that you're having some trouble 'trashing' some ingredients. I'd definitely like to help you out with this.
In the upper-right hand corner of our snacks page, you'll see a white box with a magnifying glass next to it. If you type in a certain ingredient, like 'coconut,' a list will pop up with all of our snacks containing this ingredient, and you can 'trash' them from there.
I hope this helps, Carrie, but if you have any trouble with this, please don't hesitate to reach out to me at hi@graze.com with the subject line 'ATTN: SITEJABBER' and I can take care of this for you. Thanks so much in advance.
I look forward to hearing back from you.

I love Graze! I always look forward to getting my tasty snacks in the mail. It's like getting a delicious little gift to myself every two weeks! What a treat!
The snacks are pretty good. I've rated and rejected certain boxes and have received them again anyway. I clicked on the calorie boxes expecting to receive them repeatedly but only got one. I DO NOT LIKE that the boxes are addressed to me or resident. The box has been stolen off my porch and there's nothing to do about it.
I have been on a pretty strict diet for 4 months now so I do only receive one box per month- per my preferences with Graze. I have not yet ordered
Specific items so I have enjoyed quite a little variety. My favorites are the flap jacks for sure! They taste scrumptious and are just the right size portion when I need that quick filler. The dried fruits and granola are my next two favorites- I like to put them in my otherwise plain oatmeal and my fat free yogurts. It is a convenient way to receive nutritious yummy snacks that you otherwise wouldn't have access to.
Delivery is consistent, packaging is creative, portion size is perfectly cute, and the snacks themselves are amazingly good. I especially love the flapjacks and seasoned nuts. Opening every graze box feels like Christmas morning. I'm hooked! :)
I love graze! Perfect portions and fun snacks delivered to my door! There is such a large variety of snacks, I don't get bored. My husband will sneak/steal one here and there when I'm not looking too. I will have to get him his own series of boxes too now!
I started this service because I frequently have a hard time getting out to get lunch and I am not a packer. I have been thrilled to have healthy options for snacking which usually serves as my lunch when I cannot get out of the office to eat. I love the variety and the convenience of having the snacks shipped directly to my office.
I do love Graze snacks, but being gluten intolerant means I have to watch what I eat more closely. I upgraded to the sharing box, but found that even the oats contain gluten. You have to have a minimum of 10 snacks on your list to receive sharing sizes of certain snacks, but not all snacks are available in that size. I'm going to have to cancel my subscription due to lack of available snacks. Also, the sharing sizes are supposed to have five servings each, but most of them are three or less. If the snack doesn't have any protein, then one bag is one serving size. I have yet to receive a bag that says five servings!
Hi Ashley,
Thanks so much for getting in touch.
It's great to hear that you enjoyed snacking with us, but since, you mentioned that you're intolerant to gluten, I think it's important that I make you aware of our limitations in regard to food allergies.
You might have noticed that on the dietary preferences page, we have the following message:
‘graze is not suitable for those with allergies as all of our food is packed in the same place, and so cross-contamination is possible. However, you can use these buttons to help you get your perfect box.'
I'd like to expand on this warning, just to make sure that we've made you fully aware of the implications of this. As all of our snacks are packed in a facility that processes gluten, the possibility of cross contamination is present. Cross-contamination in this case means that there is always a possibility that we could send you a snack that contains traces of, or even whole pieces of food that contain gluten. This is regardless of the listed ingredients.
We talk more about grazing and allergies here, in our FAQs:

Since it sounds like you'd no longer like to graze, if you don't mind can you please send me a private message here on SiteJabber, or an email to hi@graze.com with the subject line 'ATTN: SITEJABBER' so I can help you out with this? Thanks so much in advance.
I do want to mention that our sharing bags are 4 portions each, with 5 snacks in each sharing box. I'm really sorry for the confusion, and if you felt that these bags were underfilled.
I look forward to hearing back from you, Ashley.

My husband and I are first time customers, we did not complete or submit our order for a Graze Box and they still sent us one and charged our card for it. We couldn't even eat 3/4 of the food that came in the box due to how nasty the food was. When we went on to graze.com to talk to a customer care person we saw that our next box already ordered. We tried deleting our account only to find that it did nothing and we will still be charged for a second box of nasty food that we did not want and will not eat. We advise everyone to not order from this company. They will send you boxes you did not order and charge you for them. The food that comes in the boxes are small portions and nasty for the price you pay. VERY DISSATISFIED!
Answer: Yes they will and then it'll be next to impossible to get him to stop charging you'll have to report your card lost to the bank and get a new card
Answer: No give it a miss, you will spend much time trying to stop the payments, the so called free box is the carrot to tempt you it's far from free.
Answer: No its not safe to put in your credit card or bank info. Its very difficult to cancel the auto shipments
Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
Answer: Hi Denise, What a great idea! Thanks for using our service this lovely way:) Snack preferences are entered when logged in, so if you provide your niece with the email and password combination you entered, that will grant her access to this. You could alternatively log in yourself and do this with her or on her behalf if you prefer. I'm sorry we don't have a more simple process for gift subscriptions just now. This is definitely something we'd love to work on in future, so that more and more folks can spread the love with graze! For now, I hope this does the trick for you both - and if you'd like any extra detail or assistance, just drop us an email at hi@graze.com :)
Answer: Hi Doll, we're sorry to hear that you're having some trouble cancelling your subscription. We don't require card details to be entered when going through the cancellation process. With this in mind, we recommend that you email us at hi@graze.com, so we can lend a hand with this. Our team look forward to hearing from you.
