I love this service! I started with the Groupon for 50% off the first month. I was planning on canceling after the first month, but I was hooked immediately!
I love the fact that I have healthy tasty snacks ready to eat. I keep them in my purse, in my drawer at work and I will sneak them into my kids lunches. I'm excited to try the new snacks when they arrive.
Love the portion size snacks! I can be sure I send my kids off with healthy snacks, or grab one for myself. I'd love to be able to order more of one instead of being surprised every time, but maybe I just haven't figured out how to do that... Definitely recommend...
The first few boxes were exciting and full of snacks I did not think I would ever eat, but lately the boxes seem to be full of the same old things, I guess you can say the thrill is gone.

Snacks are pretty good but I would have expected to try everything once before getting so many for the second time. Now I just trash everything after i've tried it so that I can try something new. For the price I would enjoy bigger portions! Creative snacks though.
I'm in medical school and these snacks are perfect for our lifestyle! Sometimes I use them as meals or for just a little afternoon pick me up! I love that they're perfectly portioned out for me so that I don't over eat. Also, I love that there is variety, because I was getting tired of eating the same peanut butter snack crackers everyday before I started using Graze. I love that I can rate which ones I like and don't like. I love everything about Graze!
The only suggestion I'd make is that I wish there were a few more options available that tasted amazing like the rest of them that are under 120 calories.
The snacks are unique and I like that they are portion controlled. I do, however, find the website and feedback loop challenging. I've asked to try snacks only to have completely different ones arrive in my box. Hoping to get this worked out in my next box so I can stick with the monthly service.

All the snacks I've received are delicious and healthy. Some are better than others but all are good. All my dealings with Graze have been through the web, but I have not experienced any difficulty or mistakes. I also appreciate the fact I can stop, delay or terminate the service at my request. We were looking for a way to send food/gifts to our college student. These boxes were a perfect biweekly reminder that we were thinking about her. She is an athlete and enjoyed the healthy snacks. The snacks were a good value, box delivery on time (even with delivery to Hawaii), and provided a bit of love from home.
I've had a great experience with Graze. I look forward to getting my box and love that I can tailor it to include things I like. Customer Service is good and responsive. I only had one issue with delivery early on and they resolved it quickly and to my satisfaction.
I've been receiving graze boxes for a few months now. They have a wide range of snack choices so each box is different from the previous one. I also love that I can change or delay delivery of an upcoming box. This way I can enjoy each box and not get worry if I am going on vacation and won't finish one before another arrives.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
