I decided to try graze because I started working at a job were is sit all day and I love to snack. I needed something healthy and portion controled to prevent putting on a ton of weight. I honestly tried to do it myself at first buying nuts and dried fruits then mixing it portioning it ect. But I was spending a ton of money and time trying to do it myself. Graze is an amazing option it is already snack size, the potions are satisfying, you don't mindlessly eat and it's super easy to count calories when you diet. If you're worried you won't like some of snacks just go through and trash them before the box is shipped, nothing you trash will be sent again unless you change it. Hopefully this helps you decide wether or not graze is for.
I like most the stuff but some I don't like peanuts with the red skin it taste raw skin on it leave taste in your mouth.
Nice selection of snacks. A bit on the high side as far as cost for such small portions. If there was a way to customize the weekly box that would be fantastic. The only options really are to select like, love or not but that doesn't guarantee that will be in the next box. It would be great if I could put a check mark next to the items I would want in the next shipment then the price for a box wouldn't sting so bad. Lower the prices, make ways to customize boxes better or make larger portions are my only suggestions.
I created a graze Acct to me from junk foods at the vending machines and that goal is accomplished. I'm still exploring different boxes to choose likes and dislikes. I have an intolerance to certain nuts (almonds, walnuts) so options have limitations. My co-workers are definitely curious!
I like the variety of the snacks, the flapjack bars are amazing! I wish the snack portions were just a bit bigger.
But I wish I could slow down my distribution without having to pause and go back in and start up. I would like a quarterly subscription, but I end up needed to take a "vacation" and then come back in and set up for my next one. It is too manual, I would like additional options without having to cancel my subscription and rejoin after taking a break.
Tasty treats shipped right to your door. The ability to filter out allergens or soy. Rating each snack for your preference and if you don't like it, it won't show up again. Great deal!
I thought I would try these snacks to give me ideas, but forget that! These snacks are so incredibly tasty, healthy, and portioned; I look forward to my new box every month. I appreciate the ability to rate each shipment. What a fantastic idea! My boyfriend now enjoys the snacks, and he is watching his weight in a healthier way. I had to get these snacks for my daughter who is working on her degree, with no time to spare, I know she will eat!
This is the ultimate nutritionally sound snacking experience! I look forward to Mondays just to receive my next box.

I have really enjoyed getting my graze snack boxes! It's so nice to get something other than bills in the mail and then to have it be delicious snacks is even better!
The snacks are great, we just receive them too soon.We would prefer once a month or every other month.
I have been sending a GRAZE box to my daughter at university since the beginning of this school year. She loves receiving goodies in the mail. The small packages of snacks wprk very well as an emergency snack in her backpack!
These snacks are awesome. Whoever creates the recipe combinations deserves a high five. The snacks are out of the ordinary, and out of this world to be honest :) I love getting 8 little bundles of yummy every Monday, they are always on time and the snacks are ALWAYS super fresh, so kudos to the graze chefs as well, they have a very delicious business and I haven't even thought once about ending my weekly package. Im in til I try all of them. (I'm on box number 11 and have only had one or two repeats. Soo. I've had over 70 already :) 5 stars on all!

I love all the granola's, flapjacks, dried fruits are good, love seeds and nuts, put into my drinks. All the crackers, croutons, dips are good.
Don't like soups.
I am most excited that my children also enjoy the graze snacks, as I feel good about the choices! During the afternoon when I struggle around 3 pm, I find satisfaction in the graze snack options!
