I started getting Graze boxes last year after my mom gave me her free trial box. I ended up with a surplus of snacks so I took a two month break from boxes. In that time I moved and changed my address with UPS so I expected them to come to my new home when they started coming again. I went three months paying for boxes and never getting them. Even after I updated my address with Graze's website, it took another two months to receive a box. I just received my first box in months and I'm just wondering where the others went. Great product, good snacks, just wish I got what I paid for.
I love my Graze boxes! I love that the treats are single portions and that even the sweets are healthier than most snacks. I never feel bad about eating one and they all taste amazing!
I like the variety of snacks which for me are so easy to pack and take to work. I often don't get a break and they are easy to munch on the go and keep me going! When I went on vacation it was easy to change the monthly delivery date and have my box sent when I returned home.
I like most of the snacks, but would like to change a few.

I've enjoyed getting Graze boxes for a while now. I like that they have individual boxes with the calories listed on them. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the dried fruit. Everything else has been great!
The variety feels limited. The boxes never change. The same things are always in the box just spiced a little different and given a funny name. They all kinda taste the same. With hat being said the boxes come very frequently and I share all the goodies with the people in my office. The favorite among us all are the flapjacks and the popcorn.
My coworkers look forward to my bringing in these snacks! 12 hour night shift at a hospital with no choices after 10 pm and no time to go! They are wonderful snacks and I've referred many people!
The packages are always on time and everything is delicious!
Graze snacks are perfectly proportioned, fresh & healthy. No more guilt over snacking and no more agonizing over what to snack on and how/where to obtain it while sitting at work. The choices are good too.
There isn't anything I would change. I love everything.
Took a long time to figure out which snacks I liked & what I did not want to trquest again. Prompt mailing & great packaging.

The pre-portioned snacks are great for us... easy, quick and for the most part, the calorie counts are great. Some of our favorites are the apples with caramel, the banana cookies with caramel, and the flapjacks. There are a few that we've tried that we're not top notch in taste but overall, we love getting our Graze boxes and we really love being able to order extras of our favorites. We'd love to see more with pineapple... yum! Thanks!
As a kid, I grew up in an Irish family so every recipe was 'boil until flavorless, add salt' and as a busy adult its hard to make time to eat healthy so this is a great service. I'm always excited when the box arrives in the mail, both for the promise of old favorites and the possibility of new concoctions!
Most of the Graze snacks I've tried are delicious. The serving amount is just right. It's nice to have the box around so that when I feel like having a little something, the box is there. I prefer the sweet treats to the savory ones. Still there's a nice variety within the sweet category. It's also nice to know the calorie count of each serving. I'm glad I subscribed to Graze.
The site was not very user friendly so getting the things that I would actually eat to at least 6 boxes. Way to much to be paying for 5 boxes of stuff I couldn't even get my kids to eat. I will be cancelling.
When my graze box arrives at work, it's like getting a gift in the mail. Everyone runs around my desk to see that's in my package and I can't help but feel a little special, even if I did send it to myself.

I enjoy the variety of the healthy snacks. The ease of making changes for delivering and the snack packages.
Love this idea, it's fun and in perfect portions. The only thing I would prefer they do better is give the calorie count on all snacks on their packaging for viewing convenience.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.

You could alternatively log in yourself and do this with her or on her behalf if you prefer. I'm sorry we don't have a more simple process for gift subscriptions just now.
