I love the convenience and selection. It's like no other snack I've ever had. Pure ingredients and just enough to calm the hunger or craving.
If I were to receive what I asked for and what I love it would be great. Instead I got what you thought I should get which was a waste of time and money.
I've received 5 boxes so far and rated every snack on the list - yet it still seems like I only like a third of the snacks in each box. I wish that the boxes were tailored to my general preferences: more healthy, none of the candy stuff, etc. Also, it feels a little too expensive for the quality and quantity of the snacks. I'm excited about the new superfood snacks amd hope to see more recipes like that going forward.
I love the variety of Graze snacks, and the portion control offered with individually sized snacks. Rather than finishing off a whole bag of chips or a whole box of crackers, I know my craving will be satisfied with one package of a tasty Graze snack!
Our (my husband & me) family love the flapjacks. My favorites are lemon drizzle & pumpkin spice. My husband loves the berry flavors.
I want more sweet vs savory. I am still new to the program and would really like to get what I love more often than just what I want to try.
Most of the Graze snacks that I have received have been very tasty. However, I feel that too many of them have too many "seed' components. I would like more snacks with more nuts in them. But overall, most are tasty and creatively named.
Just not the quality or choices for me. Have tried to narrow it down, but have not been very pleased. Passed some on to a friend to she if it was just me and she also didn't think much of what was sent. Dried fruit not very good.
Honestly, the only thing my family and I have consistently liked has been the flap jacks.

I really enjoy my Graze boxes. The fact that you can customize them to your liking is one of my favorite parts. I never have to worry about wasting my money on something I know I won't like. I stick to just getting one or two boxes a month. But that's enough for me. It's awesome that you can basically pick when and how often you get your snacks. I enjoy taking them to my classes with me as they are the perfect small snack to get me through a lecture.
I'm really happy with Graze. It's fun to get new snacks every week or two. I like that I can rate what I receive so that I will, or will not, get the same snack again. The variety is wide and the snacks are just the right size. If you find something you just love, you have the option of ordering larger sizes for sharing. If you like to snack and like variety, this is the snack box for you.
This is a great way to send someone you are thinking about a special "treat" that is good for them. It's nice that you can write a personalized note with every box you send.
I have Graze boxes delivered to me at work so that I always have something to snack on during the day. This has been especially convenient while I'm pregnant. I do wish there was a wider variety of savory snacks that weren't spicy, but otherwise I have been very happy.
My husband enjoys his month snacks every month. He picks and choose what he likes more. He tells me I wish I can get more granola bars and nuts. Best birthday present ever.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
