I really enjoy the extensive variety of options and that I don't have to select the choices. I've received things I typically wouldn't order that turned out to be some of my favorite snacks.
Needs to be more variety in the selection of items included in the boxes each time. I got sent almost the exact same items two times in a row. The items were not bad, I liked them, but I wanted to try different things. Or else, it gets boring. And when it gets boring, I cancel my membership.
Graze snacks are unique (seldom something you can find in the grocery store) and fresh (1-2 week shelf life, so not chock full of preservatives). I also love the portion size -- just right for those mid morning and mid afternoon cravings. Best of all, they taste amazing!
I have enjoyed the snack service and most of the snacks that I have gotten. Some the the cheese flavored snacks are stronger than the others but for the most part they are all very delish!

You guys had a "sale" that was very appealing: a $1 flapper jack package but fixed shipping under a certain amount of money spent. So I bought a few things to get to the free shipping amount including the flapper jack. Then a few days later you wrote back saying sorry but no flapper jack! We ran out. I was very upset because I felt tricked. How convenient to run out of it once I had paid for all the other stuff. This made you look very bad. And you never wrote back after the complaint I wrote. I am very disappointed in your sales tactics and your costumer service.
Love this service of getting delicious snacks delivered to my door. My favorite is the banana flapjacks, margarita pizza combo and cheese board. My one dislike is the olive tapenade, it is too spicy. The packaging is perfect for grabbing a few packages and running errands. The calorie count and protein gram info helps me keep track of food portion control.
When I come home to this festive package on my doorstep, I start to cry happy tears of joy. I imagine the creators of these amazing taste combinations just writing me a love letter through their snacks. Truth is Graze... I love you too!

Initially I enjoyed the Graze ingredients but after a while I did not enjoy them as much. I prefer substantial foods and the Graze "snacks" left me wanting more.
I honestly thought I would cancel my subscription after my free boxes, but I am really enjoying these unique snacks. Some sweet, some salty and crunchy, most very creative. There are some I don't care for, but I can just let Graze know those are not something I want included in my next box. I have shared them with my office mates who have also thought they are a really tasty, unique treat. And the portion sizes are great, just enough to satisfy those mid morning or afternoon hunger pangs. The only reason for four stars instead of five is they are a tiny bit on the pricey side for what you get.

I have been very happy with most of the items we have received. It's like Christmas, expecting that package to come every month in our case. I have already been able to get one of my co-workers to join, and she too is very satisfied with her boxes!

I took advantage of the FREE box of Graze to see what they are all about. I really liked the quality of the snacks, the portion size of the snacks, and the fact that they are automatically shipped to my office. For me, I discovered that once a week was a bit too often so I scaled the deliveries back to once every other week. I like that I have that option with Graze. So far, it's working out great and I look forward to each and every box. I highly recommend Graze to anyone who has difficulty making it through the afternoon without a snack. Graze is the answer!

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
