I have received four standard boxes but not the introductory one. About half of the items have been stale. There has been only two items of the 32 in what I have received that I would request again.
Enjoyed at first, and did the on line selection; but I seem to get the same products.
I have a few favorites and enjoy the variety. I wish there was a way to create and customize your own boxes and choose the snacks yourself with subscription.
I love Graze, I have not had one snack that I didn't like. The snacks are very convenient for times when I am too busy to think about, let alone put together a snack. I store them in my desk at work for a quick, easy and nutritious snack.

Every snack I have received from Graze, I have completely fallen in love with. They are reasonably priced, healthy, and DELICIOUS! The perfect trio.
I love the variety of snacks and the convenient serving containers. It is a bit on the pricey side, but it beats going to the store to find all of the ingredients on my own.

I look forward to my Graze box every two weeks. The variety and proportions are spot-on and I never feel like I'm eating anything unhealthy. I especially love the dips and soup mixes.
Sounds odd but not easy to eat all the little kibble bits on the go. Dryed fruit and nuts are great, the bars, perfect. BUt I get A LOT of little granola
My husband and I weren't exactly convinced we needed a snack service until we started counting calories and nutrition with our Fitbits. We already get Blue Apron, so we are having hearty nutritious dinners, so we thought we would try for good snacks too. You guys are pretty much spot on for filling and craving satisfying snacks. Suggestions: Make a sweet and salty cravings snack box - I can't tell you how many times I would order that! (At least once a month, lol.) It would save me stupid trips to 7-11 in the middle of the night for a Caramello - and it would make you money!
I have been a Graze customer for several months now, and, as the title states, I can hardly wait for my monthly shipments to arrive. They are always sensational and tasty! I can't get enough! They were kind enough to schedule them so that they arrive at the same time as my SS checks, so it's always convenient to pay for them. They are fine people with whom to deal.

I've really loved all the snacks sent and especially the packaging. But I do wish it was a little cheaper considering the size of the snacks but also with the low-calorie box I wish there would be more variety.
It's always exciting to receive your new box and it's contents. Nutritional snacks to grab and take with you or enjoy at home. Can't wait to see whats next. The only downside is no Live Customer Service and billing dates are not consistent. I would like one date when billing my credit card.

I enjoy getting my box each month and storing them with my other snacks. I'll take them to work on Monday and Friday as special treats to celebrate! I'm a teacher, so being able to munch on something healthier than donuts and cupcakes has been a lifesaver

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.

You could alternatively log in yourself and do this with her or on her behalf if you prefer. I'm sorry we don't have a more simple process for gift subscriptions just now.
