I was auto charged a renewal through to February 2019. There is no facility to cancel your subscription, delete you card details (in fact their "new privacy policy" does not even give the option to unsubscribe). Their FAQ ays that even if your card reaches expiration "they work with financial institutions to automatically receive new details with the new expiry date". So basically this is a scam. You cant cancel, cant delete your card details and they just keep auto-renewing. This is in breach of every privacy law in every country. Don't be caught out! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I love words! I started reading the newspaper before starting kindergarten. My mom had me lying on the floor in the living room reading the newspaper out loud to anyone who'd listen, and even if they weren't listening!
My sister knows a lot more words than I do but she's older than I and has had a different life than I have. But we love each other a lot. I'm very lucky in that aspect because I've been loved all my life!

I downloaded Grammarly to help me with work, but the second I pressed the download button on my computer I regretted it immediately. Not only is it not helpful and short-handed, it also fills your inbox with thousands of emails about their offers or deals. I even deleted Grammarly and wrote to the company about how mad they're making me. Besides the fact that the emails they send say the same thing, over, and over again, they can't reach out to google docks. This forces me to use the Grammarly Editor, which is completely useless. It says I misspell everything, and corrects it, then it says that its own correction is incorrect! After a few minutes of this, it finally stops correcting and settles for a phrase that doesn't make sense. I am warning you, this app is such a hassle and the emails are so annoying. Please follow my advice and don't get Grammarly. Thank you for your time.

Grammarly has been useful to me and as I'm writing this review Grammarly is correcting but, the flaws in Grammarly is you cannot recover deleted documents and if there is you need to make it more visible. And I have to wait a day to get this recover so now my school work will be lat so thank you for that.

I worked for a foreign company where English is the main language I have to use. My job relates a lot with English e.g. translating, conducting meeting, preparing minutes of meeting, drafting business letters/internal memos, and even interacting (communicating) with managements and clients.
Grammarly improved my English and it creates confident in me. I am happy that my existence in the company that I worked for is very useful and meaningful for everyone. Thank you very much Grammarly.
They have choices of one month only, them afterward, they continuing taking money from your account, without even sent you a notice, if you will like to continue the service or not, is a rip off company doing fishy business strategies! CAREFUL.
There's no words to describe how amazing Grammarly support is I had a problem with my subscription where I made mistake then I submitted a ticket to see if I could get a refund and it hasn't even been 10 minutes since, and they've already responded to me and solved my issue.

It was an amazing experienced ever I learned after using your app, it really will be very helpful while drafting my email and I am feeling very confident to write now, which is trouble-free, either spelling mistakes or Grammarly mistake check automatically.
Grammarly is great because it helps me with my grammar in my schoolwork. It can be annoying sometimes when you have a history article and you're using old language. Grammarly doesn't know the old language and so they keep underlining it. That gets annoying sometimes. But overall, it helps you with your spelling and your punctuation. It also shows you how your writing will sound to others.

The best thing ever happened in my writing.
Grammarly is my private assistant who monitors all my writing and, with whom I feel almost perfect and confident. Grammarly sorts out any grammar problems, including tone issues. With Grammarly, now I have another teacher to correct me in each word. I highly recommend Grammarly as a must-have for non-native English writers and students because it allows you to learn a lot while writing. I am from Sri Lanka, a non-English speaker. Besides, I am learning in an English school and also studied for the IELTS exam, and Grammarly did a great job with the exam.
Grammarly charged my credit card even though I have no account with them. To make matters worse, there is absolutely no way to contact them because I do not have an account with them, and they will not answer the phone. Never trust a company that offers no support or someone to answer questions.

Im a current premium user, and Im very disappointed with Grammarly.
My primary computer is a Mac, where I use MS-Word, Slack (web), WhatsApp (web), and Google Docs. *NONE* of them are supported by Grammarly! The suggested alternative on their website is using the Grammarlys Editor. Seriously?
I cant ask for a refund because the trial period is expired. However, I wont renew my license.
So, dont make the same mistake I did by just assuming that Grammarly will support all major applications and Operating Systems. If you want to use it, dig a little bit more about the Cons before you decide if its the right tool for you.

It is great having Grammarly installed on my computer. There are times when you have to process things from every direction and Grammarly helps put those actions in order. It is the perfect daily tool to have on hand and the benefits are endless.
Recently I was having issues with Grammarly (i. E.) downloads, and word docs would not operate correctly, online logging issues to name some.
Working in a busy office, I depend on Grammarly to correct me from time to time.
Howsoever when I contacted the there support team, they accurately advised me through prompt emails in solving the issues I was having. Every question asked through individual emails; I received prompted emails for solving the problems.
The person named (Tiffany) was very supportive.
I very much recommend Grammarly. Excellent Product.

Grammarly has helped me improve my writing by providing handy tools that assist with checking my grammar, sentence structure, and tone while writing. It also has an easy-to-use synonym reference feature that allows me to enrich my vocabulary. Writing has never been this easy.
Although I use Free Grammarly, I'm truly satisfied with it. I hope sometime I will upgrade to premium. Thanks to the developers. Nice job!
But sometimes I doubt that this is perfect. I don't know. Maybe I should upgrade soon to change my mind.
I, unfortunately, didn't try the premium service so I don't know if it worth it. That said, even though there were some issues and misunderstandings I appreciate that Grammarly takes their reviews very seriously. Most companies don't do that. Thank you for that Grammarly!
You have a fairly decent product, albeit its recommendations are questionable at times. My subscription ended yesterday and I cancelled yesterday. However, you still charged my account. Your practices are deceptive and what is worst is that customers have no way to contact you. Your product is not worth $139.00. Please refund my account.

Mostly I love Grammarly. I've been using it about 3 months and I mostly use it for work. My only critiques are that it tries to remove words I've added for emphasis. I routinely mark those as wrong but still get them flagged.
I've found for other things that my own writing has improved since using Grammarly.
I also live using the AI suggestions for tone. For example, if I write an email that I feel is too long or not direct enough, I can ask it to help me shorten my email or help make my tone more direct. I don't use the exact suggestion, but it helps me reword my own writing.

Answer: Make sure you have set it to your language, as the default is American English, and you may need to change it. If you don't need to, remember that you could have failed for other reasons (not enough information, too much information, using Grammarly as a tool that will get everything right etc.).
Answer: There is a limit, but I find that only a minor inconvenience. If the document goes over the size limit, just cut and paste the document by halves or thirds and run Grammarly checks on each part.
