You have a fairly decent product, albeit its recommendations are questionable at times. My subscription ended yesterday and I cancelled yesterday. However, you still charged my account. Your practices are deceptive and what is worst is that customers have no way to contact you. Your product is not worth $139.00. Please refund my account.

Marcia, regarding the $ 34.95 charge-- we make every effort to let our subscribers know of our auto- renewal feature. We have it in print when you subscribe and we even e-mail you those details when we send your payment confirmation. We also inform you of the many ways for you to unsubscribe your accounts – either by telephone, live chat with a LiveCareer representative, or by e-mail. If you do not want to use any of our customer service options that we’ve listed, we also have a cancellation feature right on our website.
