I was told at the time of order that my food would be delivered by 6pm. At 630 I called the restaurant and Grabull to figure out what the story was, and the restaurant informed me that Grabull hadn't sent anyone to even pick up the food yet. At around 7pm, I opted to drive the 15 minutes to pick the food up after the restaurant had confirmed that it was sitting there getting cold. I was in contact with Grabull to understand what was happening, and the communication was at best inaccurate and at worst dishonest. It's hard for me to emphasize how poor of an experience this was. Given this experience, I'll never order with Grabull again.
Despite being signed in, my order got lost and I had to restart it twice.
I have ordered from this restaurant through Grabull at least a dozen times and each time the order is correct, is prepared on time, and is of high quality. I will continue to order from Holi Indian in Bedford, MA through Grabull.

I struggled for a little while to understand where to click in order to change one thing about my order. I also couldn't easily tell what exactly I was buying — I only saw the total when checking out. I could use an easier "cart" icon/link that's visible throughout the shopping process, and also a clear list of line items before I have to finalize checkout.

I ordered Philly cheese chicken, NOT steak. When I arrived they gave me a steak sandwich. I showed them my chicken order and they said no that the delivery service called and charged my order without asking me. Unsure why they did that. I ordered from a restaurant and received the wrong food. The restaurant said to contact Grabull for a refund on the incorrect meal and no one ever got back to me.
Food came in a great time frame and still nice and hot. However, the coast was $20 more than had we chosen door dash or grub hub. Not only was the delivery fee higher, the actual product we chose, was $1 more thru grabull. That is significant
