Food was delicious and hot. The transaction was painless and I appreciated the additional customer service.
Went to the restaurant to pick up. Was told they had no order for me. I told them I ordered online and they said it hadn't come through yet. This was 25 minutes after I ordered online and Grabull gave me a 20 minute estimate for my food to be ready. The restaurant kindly made my order but I had to wait around for another 20 minutes making me late.
Very smooth and intuitive ordering process. Would be awesome if pictures were included as well for visual representation.

We had the breaded chicken patty on sourdough. It was delicious, but we got NONE of the condiments we requested, even though they were listed on our receipt. We also asked for potato salad in one of the combos but got fries instead, and the potato salad again was listed on the receipt. But delivery was fairly quick, even though the app said it would be 50 minutes. But we were only a few blocks away at a hotel and the food was piping hot when it arrived.
Grabull is a rip off. The site impersonates restaurant websites to suggest customers are ordering directly from the establishment, and then charges additional transaction / delivery fees.
Good for ordering. Having an account doesn't provide much advantage.
Password never works. Always have to go to "forgot password" and get a code to sign in. Having an account is pretty meaningless.
Convenient for ordering but can't get into my account without changing my password every time so always have to check out as guest. Would be nice if checkout process worked better.
