This delivery man was on-time. Unfortunately, he entered at the wrong entrance (not his fault). However, he was courteous & delivered all my items, complete with napkins & utensils like I requested. Great job!

Upon their review and our checking doors the order was found outside our front door - likely sitting there for roughly 30 minutes. The driver did not text nor ring the doorbell, they just left the order and the food was cold when we discovered it.

The description of the items on our order were not accurate. Combo dinners list to have salads and did not come. Pu pu platter quantities were not what was delivered. We called the restaurant and they said they changed the menu and wouldn't do anything else. Food is great, but this is frustrating when we are planning a dinner around the menu. Update your menus!
