This delivery man was on-time. Unfortunately, he entered at the wrong entrance (not his fault). However, he was courteous & delivered all my items, complete with napkins & utensils like I requested. Great job!

Called again a bit later and that person told me the food was delivered. Found the food outside (not inside the lobby) on a concrete step ice cold.
We order from Cafe of India in Maynard consistently using Grabull delivery. Last night we called the restaurant because we had not received our order an hour and a half after placing it. Upon their review and our checking doors the order was found outside our front door - likely sitting there for roughly 30 minutes. The driver did not text nor ring the doorbell, they just left the order and the food was cold when we discovered it.
My delivery and food were great, but you are just now sending me a message asking if i got my food and it was delivered yesterday. There was no way to track the order and no confirmation after it arrived. Very odd.

The description of the items on our order were not accurate. Combo dinners list to have salads and did not come. Pu pu platter quantities were not what was delivered. We called the restaurant and they said they changed the menu and wouldn't do anything else. Food is great, but this is frustrating when we are planning a dinner around the menu. Update your menus!
