Credit card info doesn't autofill, UI is slow and clunky, password reset doesn't take you to password change, just lets you in. Address doesn't autofill either. Literally the worst food ordering sure I've ever used

However, the the Grabull system didn't list the menu items acurrately -- I learned this when I picked up my order and the menu at the restaurant was more comprehensive, had more customization options, and (to note) cost a dollar less for everything. The manager said they've tried to correct the menu discrepencies but never receive a reply from Grabull. Lastly, items didn't have much description and there were very few customization options. Next time I think I'll just call the restaurant to order.
