For the second time I have ordered food via grabull and not received the order. I was charged both times. Last time although a representative said I would be refunded, I was not. This time I will be canceling the charge through my credit card and never using the service again.
Very easy. I wish there were more pictures of the items I was ordering and an option to choose — "will tip in person/cash at p/u or delivery"

Food was delivered to a wrong address, no call/text when the food was delivered to avoid the confusion, I walked for more than 30 minutes in the rain and was not able to find the food. Called customer service multiple times to put me in touch with the driver and driver did not answer! This was my first and last time using Grabull especially since I found out that they do their delivery by Doordash!
I had placed an order and expected it to take a while because it was a busy time of day. After an hour I started wondering where my order was and tried to find a way to track it but I only had the email they had sent confirming my order. Finally, I went outside and my order was sitting on my porch and was cold at that point. The driver had not knocked or called or texted to let me know it was dropped off. Not happy at all.
Delivery was 30 minutes late. I had to call and I was told it was not picked up yet.
I like the interface and the ease of access to the food was only a few clicks away (always a plus).

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
