Emirates claim they made a refund to GOTOGATE. Gotogate deny this.

A complete trash service

This is a seriuos warning for those who are looking for a reliable travel service company. NEVER EVER close to Gotogate. Customer service is a joking word. They made a mistake in my airline reservation ticket and If I had not understood myself I would lose my job. They are not able to refund even 600 CA. It had taken more than two weeks and the only answer is our team is processing to refund you. What a funny hearing. It is not a million dollar it is only 600 and they are not able to make it.

"I purchased a ticket with Gotogate in June, and 20 days before my flight, they began to make changes to the itinerary. Eventually, I received an email stating that my flight had been canceled by the airline. I called customer service multiple times, spending hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. They told me to contact the airline directly, but when I did, the airline stated that the problem was with Gotogate and that they should handle it.

After several attempts, I was told to wait for a response from Gotogate within 28 to 42 hours. In other words, I still have to see if they will be able to resolve the issue. If you prefer to avoid problems, do not purchase from this company. Their customer service is ineffective, and they simply transfer the call without understanding the issue. Avoid problems and steer clear of Gotogate."

Do not use this scum bag third party, they will not process a refund or help any way what so ever, I'm currently in a war tore country and cannot make my flight to which case I'm told I will receive a penalty for not making the flight. You've got a better chance with a one arm bandit then this company

The worst place to book a flight. As you can see they do not do a good job of responding to you because they know they're a terrible agency. I had to cancel my flight because of a death in the family. They told me to file a dispute with the airline first (Fiji Airways) which I did and they approved it within 24 hours of emailing them. They did say to bring it to this piece of doo doo agency with the approval confirmation # and they still didn't issue the refund, even though the airline approved it. I had to call my credit card company to dispute it and go to issue a warning stating they will not follow up with a refund because of the dispute and because they do not want to issue a refund that is rightfully mine. THEY SUCK SO SAVE YOURSELF OF THE HEADACHE.

I accidentally booked spirit airplane plane tickets through and then realized that I booked for the wrong date because of how they purposely set up their $#*!ty website. Then I called them and said we need to cancel. Cancellation was and Spirit has issued a refund since 8/8/2023, these scammers keep lying to me that no refund has been made from spirit end. I called spirit airline again today and they told me that Gotogate got the refund using their own credit card instead of my own credit card. They have a way to change your credit card on their shifty website or file so that the refund can go to them and they will keep telling you that you will get a refund but you won't, it's been 3 months already. We spend over $3000 on plane tickets on them. I can't wait to sue these greedy $#*!ers.
Don't use those scammers.
Use another company.

Gotogate is a piece of $#*! for real. A Bunch of greedy scammers. And they won't provide you their full names because they are so pathetic and stupid that they can be found or get sued.

I'll sue them $#*!ers.

They don't deserve any at all.

Our flight was cancelled. It was a 3-4 days we were about to leave the location and they sent an email advising that it has been cancelled and that there were no other option other than refund. To this day, I have been calling and emailing but no refund was ever given. This was a year ago and i'm still fighting for my refund.

Horrible service. The company doesn't want to refund your money even when the airlines clearly state I'm entitled to a full refund. It's been 3 months I've been trying to get my refund with no resolution insight. Absolutely the worst service I've had in my 40 years of traveling, I would not recommend this service to anyone.
