Gotham Steel

I purchased the set December 2021. The pots & pans are chipping. I notified the company more times than I can count. I've sent pictures of the set numerous times, The company is totally ignoring me. I reminded them over & over regarding their 10 year warranty and still no reply. I won't use them for fear that the chips will get into my family's food.
My suggestion to everyone is to consider purchasing a different company.
I want a full refund.

We purchased set over a year ago. Worst decision in our life!. After a few short months food constantly sticks to pans, very hard to clean. Metal flakes coming off of pans. The company REFUSES to do anything about it. We sent a certified letter to corporate office, it was sent back unclaimed.

I got the big pan for my wife for Christmas cooked in it twice and everything is sticking, what a waste of Money. DON'T BUY. Everything sticks throwing this in the Garbage also notice how you can't contact Gotham Steel? Worst, Horrible company to try to deal with.

Literally bought a set on 11/20/23 based on everything I saw on the commercials. As far as non stick it's great but using metal utensils such as the hand mixer they show on tv is a no go. When I called customer service about it I was told to take it back where I bought it!

We ordered from Gotham steel pan. Because they make the commercial looks so good that it's a non-stick and you can even use an egg beater in it and it still won't scratch it. And it's a non-stick pan and that's a lie it's not true they will scratch with the egg beater and they will stick your food in the pan. We cooked an omelette and it turned out to be a scramble eggs instead of omelette. So don't believe this company that is a non-stick pan.

Have used 4 Gotham Skillets for 3 years. All of them are great when New, over time they degrade to POOR.
I'm 71yrs old, grew up with Cast Iron skillets, I never use medium to high heat.
No scratches, dings or dents, every food product STICKS, even Bacon!

I contacted them after the rivet holding on the handle on the small non-stick frying pan exploded and blew. Almost hit me; I heard a whoosh go past my head and found the rivet across the room. Had it hit me, it would have done serious injury. If it hit my eye or my head, I can only imagine. The company will not take responsibility for this, instead trying to make me me jump through hoops to get what might amount to a $10 refund when all I asked for was some attention to and contact from the company. I suppose they don't want the liability. And I turned down the refund as that wasn't the reason for my contact, plus the non-stick feature never worked beyond a couple of uses anyway. Scary that this could happen; I was toasting a piece of bread on medium high heat for about two minutes when I hear the loud POP. I thought someone shot through my window, it was loud like a pressurized bottle exploded.

Bought the skillet for my husband for Christmas...and here it is just two months later and EVERYTHING sticks! Don't waste your money on this... It's too good to be true!

I ordered the entire set of Gotham steel cookware. I was immediately disappointed right out of the box. Very light and I've scratched it trying to be careful in the second use. Handles get hot when cooking. Just not good quality at all and it took more to ship it back than it cost so I just kept it.

We moved to a new house and basically started over from scratch. We went to Walmart and we seen these pans and I had been seeing the ads on TV. So we got them. They were good for the first month. Now everything sticks to them and I don't use metal in my cookware. They suck save ur money.

Ordered from Amazon - used the larger of the pots of the to make mashed potato's - betters have ROUND ends no sharp edges - had washed and oiled before use - when dishing the mash up there was flexes of the finish in the potato's! Yup it says you can use metal - just nothing with a edge - you aren't to put on the stove at anything higher then low to medium heat! Forget boiling anything! As for dishwasher safe turns out you can but it might damage the pots and pans so they say it's best to hand wash! Haven't tried in the oven and won't don't trust them enough to test them in it! Got rid of packaging and being older then dirt i don't have a camera to be able to post pictures of rec. Or box! Called the better business bureau

I cannot even give these pans a one star they have to be the worst pans I have ever used I have some 10-year-old granite stones that I'm using now because the new Gotham steel ones you couldn't fry an egg in without a sticking to it worst pans ever made

I bought the set and added more for better handles when you touch handle on pan burns you,the pan in outside pealling,the baking set warped,thought it would be nice to have a good set of pans I was wrong,some things stick just would not recommend.

I recently bought this set of pots and pans, and they only lasted 3 months. I've never used anything but wooden spoons or rubber spatulas on them and used only a sponge with dishsoap to clean them and now there is a grayish, scratchy look showing through and are not as non stick as they were. I would not recommend buying these unless you don't mind throwing money away!

I received 20pc set for Christmas gift. The non/stick wore off after a month. And can't get any cooking marks off. One month after using my set, they look awful like you had used them for over 10 years. Do not waste your money on this horrible set! A total scam!'

If you want to waste your money then buy Gotham Steel pans. A simple egg omelet will turn your pan into a baked on mess and ruin your breakfast. After soaking and scrubbing I finally got the baked on eggs off. Gotham Steel is a rip off. DON'T BUY. It may not scratch but it definitely sticks.

At first I was very pleased with my purchase. However after the 90 days ran out the pans began to discolor and the non stick wasn't working. It says you don't need to use oil or butter but never says you can't. So I began to use some olive oil and it only got worse. Now they will not replace or refund anything for the two pans I have claiming it was my fault for using oil. My suggestion is to purchase from another company such as copper chef. Those products are phenomenal and I haven't had any issues.

I got one pan in my kitchen before i got the whole set and i love it. The instructions said do not cook at high temperature and it really works no to use steel silver ware only wood to stir as this can peels the surface. And we follow those directions is been 11/2 that we got the set and is like new.
