Received as a Christmas gift, with no receipt. Opened package and the 3 piece fry pan set did not have separators between each pan so the because they are piled on top of each other, the rim of each pan for damaged and all roughed up from the handle of the pan on top of it, and the two lower pans received damage in the surface if the pan. Sent pictures, never even used, as you could tell in pictures. Contacted gotham and they said sorry no receipt no return. Unfortunately don't have receipts because person who bought for us now has medical issue and unable to provide receipt. Can't use these pans because i think the damage done because of bad packing will cause them to stick.
Warning: if purchasing these from a store check the packaging to make sure packed correctly, and make sure you have receipt or else no assistance can be provided.
I bought these pans in January we are only in May and literally everything sticks to them. I called customer service about it sent them pictures and my receipt. I purchased a 20 pc $399 set. They expect me to pay the shipping to send them the defective pans and then they will send me new ones. What kind of company makes a customer pay for shipping to return a defective product. Absolutely worst pans I've ever used literally Food Network pans work better than them. Don't waste your money.
These pans are pretty, but the claim that food doesn't stick is so false. You also cannot use metal utensils. I used beaters for potatoes once, like the commercial shows, and it ruined the pan. They cost too much for all this.
The tv ad is nothing like advertised they don't give u extra pan for saying u saw it on tv. Once u get in touch they consistently bomb you with trying to buy more pans. Would not recommend these scammers
I bought the entire set plus the large fry pan in March. They are beautiful and worked well the first month. By month two good was sticking and by month four I can't put anything in them that it doesn't immediately stick and will not come clean. I'm almost 50 years old so I've owned a pan or two and in half a century these are hands down the worst. What a waste of money. It really just makes me sick
We are satisfied with our set of Gotham steel pans. Only issue we have encountered so far In the 2+yrs owning them Is that the pans dry out very quickly no matter how much butter or liquid you add to it somehow it absorbs it all rather quickly. Other than that we haven't had any issues with the pans
I purchased 2 of the small frying pans 2 years ago. Use them all the time for over easy eggs and they still look like new. Even though they say you don't need to oil the pans, I always use the nonstick spray. They clean up easy and there are no scratches or discoloration like I got with cheaper cookware.
Bought one of the frying pans with get one and free small egg frying pan. One has held up okay while the other pan, although not used to much and never with metal utensils, showed nicks shortly thereafter (see 1st pic); with that said the small egg frying pan has performed well. Was finally able to get the nicked pan replaced (see 2nd pic), but it did take more effort than should have been required; thus the customer service side does have a lot to be desired. Maybe because of mass production, it could be a crapshoot whether you get a pan that holds up to the hype or not. Nevertheless, based on the pricing I guess it's worth a roll of the dice. To that end though, you will have to keep your patience when deal with their customer service and hold their feet to the fire.
I am not pleased with the fact that both skillets I have spin on top of my cooktop instead of just sitting flat. And, that creates a problem bc nobody wants to use those skillets bc of this. We end up using the chicken fryer... ughhhhh
Given as gift, look lovely but I think I'd rather have cheap ones from asda. The frying pans, you can't even cook an egg on them as they stick, the oven try looks terrible as it's not good either. I'm most disappointed. Only good thing is they look nice.
I got a Gotham Steel Pro set for my birthday in April. It's been five months and one of the pots cracked. Didn't just develop a chip, but CRACKED all the way through. The only thing that was in there was macaroni. There's no way to contact customer service on their site that I can see. I wound up just tossing the pot.
I purchased this set for Christmas 2023. Gotham Steel Diamond Pots and Pans Set Nonstick Cookware Set Includes Skillets Fry Pans Stock Pots, Dishwasher, and Oven Safe12 Pcs. It says it has a 10-year warranty. Stove top and oven safe. Compatible with gas, electric, glass tops, and oven safe up to a sizzling 500 degrees. After 6 months of use, every pan now sticks and gets worse with every use.
We bought a Gotham pan set, all I can say is never again, don't touch this product. It's supposed to be non-stick, it should be called 100% stick.
When I looked at the guarantee I have to send it to America... seriously
We put these pans on our wedding registry because my wife was so excited for them. Little did we know they would'nt hold up longer than a few months. Unlike advertised everything sticks to them. They'll cook your food but nothing close to advertised. Save your hard earned money!
The pans scratch and the coating comes off with ease. The customer service department never gets back to you to warranty out their products. So just stuck with stuck on foods scratched and chipping ceramic coating. I only used the pan 3 times. This pan is fragile like an egg.
Pans lasted just at 90 days now everything sticks to them such a scam such a rip off got them for my wife for mothers day and she is extremely disappointed. They do what they do to get you to buy them with the commercials etc.yeah of course they work when brand new then after that CRAP worst pans ive every purchased.90 money back guarantee...if you stand behind your product offer a lifetime...if they really are what you say they are...wish i could get my money back! STAY FAR AWAY from this product
The cookware is beautiful, but not what it's being demonstrated to be. It sticks and chips badly. My husband I a person of pretty in place, things have to look perfect whether it be food or cookware. If it looks good to him he attempts to justify the end results, and his what is grabbing so many people. The sad thing about my situation is he ordered not one but two set. Yes, there is a difference in the quality of the sets. I am not at all impressed or happy with either set. I will never recommend this product a of now to ANYONE.
They stick scratch and stain the rivets are coming out of the handles. The pans are alight but the scillets are garbage. I received them as a Christmas gift.
I received my order for 20 pc. Cookware and a pot is chipped. I have been trying for a month to get this replaced and no one is answering me back. I would never order from them or order their cookware again. Beware if you get a bad piece of merchandise...no returns. You are out of luck like I am.
Food sticks to these pans and is hard to remove even after soaking. The photo shows stuck food after several hours of soaking. Had to scrub hard to get it off. Never used anything other than a blue sponge/scrubber so this cannot be from abuse. Never had this issue with PTFE coated pans. Bought this set of two pans from Costco and both perform the same.
Answer: Did you get your money back? I bought a whole set. The handles get so hot. I burnt my hand. I have blisters and skin is burnt n coming off
