It was a personalized mug that I saw as an advertisement on my face book feed. It touched my heart because on the back I could get Forever In My Heart to honor my two cats that are now at the Rainbow Bridge (the two living ones already have their own photo mugs). Except I SCREWED UP! I didn't know that on the form that each cat had their own boxes to check if I wanted angel wings to be attached. Poor dearly departed Tyler did not have angel wings when the mug arrived in a very short amount of time (honestly less than a week! Awesome!). I could have done a "Frozen" and "Let It Go", but I wanted this mug to be perfect. So I shot off a nice email explaining the situation. And here is what makes gossby.com a website a cut above the rest! They want to make it right. By sending me a new mug. As long as I sent them a photo (not easy to do Dropbox!), and shipping info, they would get on it and send a corrected replacement. AND, I do NOT have to send the other one back (though I would have at my expense)! Now this is a company worthy of doing business with. And they do keep you informed with emails, so you are not left hanging wondering what is going on. Five stars? There are NOT enough stars of praise for this company! (here are photos front and back of the wrong mug)
Ordered an ornament on Nov 30 and recipient never received it. When contacting the company, they never respond to live chat and you can't talk to a live person. I want my money back!
The quality of the coffee mugs and the designs on them is excellent! I received my order very quickly and they came securely packaged against breakage.
Simply BEAUTIFUL Bought one for myself and one for my husband. Brought tears to both of our eyes! I didn't include all of our dogs but will be returning to purchase the same layout with ALL my angel furbabies!

Anyone needing proof first I will be more than happy to send screen shots of conversations with them as well as their Lack of communication. Again be very cautious when dealing with them. I ordered 3 personalized ornaments on 10-4-20 and was supposed to have them by November 8th. I ordered early because I thought they were cute despite some reviews I had already read. Well their customer Service was a joke. My ornaments never even shipped out until about a week ago. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS company again - oh and by the way he ornaments are not great at all. I ordered something similar from Amazon (Personalized also) - they are adorable and not as crappy quality.
I love the personalized mugs and ornaments I purchased as gifts for family and friends. It was fun creating each person's looks and styles. The personal messages were perfect. Going to order again.

I ordered 3 BFF Christmas Ornaments on November 3rd, for $60 USD, to give as Christmas gifts.
They didn't arrive until the MIDDLE OF JANUARY, and all 3 of them came with the names cut off, but oddly, all 3 were cut off in completely different ways. Complete garbage. Do not buy anything from this company. How embarrassing to give these as gifts!
I ordered a blanket in April for Mother's Day. The tracking number stated it was delivered even though it wasn't. I requested a new one to be sent and it never came. They offered to refund me 50% of what I paid and credited me 4 DOLLARS. I reported the purchase as fraud luckily. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING

I ordered 6 personalized ornaments for me and my 5 sisters. I paid $104.00 for the ornaments, plus shipping! THEY ARE SKINNY, TIN, CRUMMY ORNAMENTS! Beware… they don't look like their ad!

I ordered a total of five coffee cups and they were great I really like them.
The only thing I do have to say is when I receive an email and someone is addressing me by my first name, I am not okay with that. It's disrespectful and shows of no good manners. I've not given anyone permission to address me by my first name, as in the beginning of this email to ask me to write a review the email began with "Hey Cherri". That is very unprofessional by addressing someone with"hey" that is not showing respect or proper grammar. And unlike right now, the first thing I will do when I receive any communication as such, I will delete it & ignore it because I don't have time to be bothered by such rudeness.
I will not include any photos about my experience or proof of purchase as I do not have proof of purchase! I was not given a receipt every time that I ordered one of the many five coffee cups that I ordered. And "a photo of about my experience" that request is strange and is worded even stranger. How can someone take a photo of their experience? I would like an answer to that and please expound on it.

Answer: No they scam half their customers so any good review is so they can keep scamming people
Answer: Although I was advised it would take a minimum of 2 weeks, perhaps longer as it was during the holidays, I actually received them in about a week!
Answer: Although the order was in US$, the product was delivered from New South Wales in Australia within 2-3 days. I'm not sure where the ceramic mugs come from, but the personalised pics and labels would have to have been done within Australia, to be delivered so quickly.
