Needed order to be delivered by 12/15 for a luncheon. Called company, told no problem plenty of time. Ordered 11/25. Have called company 4 times. First time told order would be prioritized to get to me on time, second time told it would be brought to attention of that section, third time I was told it would be out within next day. Today told finally went out would be here in 2 weeks, a week and half after I need items and was assured I would have it in original call. Totally screwed. I am so angry I could spit nails. Bull $#*! is bull $#*!. Garbage customer relations/service. Ordered should have been pulled and prioritized toget order out when promised!

I ordered a total of 5 Ornaments. Having spent over $75.00 for them, I was disappointed at how cheap they look. They arrived quickly, but I'm not sure I'll be giving them as gifts.
I ordered my fiancé the cutest mug for Father's Day. When he received the package, he was thrilled and laughing. His coworker and family love it also. The mug was just as I ordered it. Gossby did there thing. I will definitely be using them again.

I ordered 3 little ornaments on November 8th, 2020. I still have yet to receive them. Customer service wanted to refund me %50 of the shipping cost and asked that I wait until December 23rd, 2020. These gifts still have to be mailed out. Dissatisfied and I have yet to see the merchandise. I have zero expectations.
The print is great and that is about it. The mask DOES NOT FIT YOUR FACE, rather covers the whole face. Ear loops far too big. For amount you pay it is truly a shame. My mother absolutely loves the picture yet can't wear it cause it doesn't fit.
I was told my order would be delivered 12/16/20. That day came and no order and no email on the status. I finally tracked down a phone # and called. Talked to someone who said they had no idea when my order would be delivered. I asked to speak to a manager she said there wasn't one. I finally got an email after I emailed twice. Still no date on when I'd get my order. I have now responded twice to the email with yet again no response. I will never ever order from this place again. Absolute horrific customer service and they lied on when my order would be delivered. Had they been honest I would have ordered elsewhere as this is a CHRISTMAS gift. Word to the wise-DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

They say they are located in Louisville KY I live in Cincinnati Ohio my item was promised May 7th it was a mother's day present well its May 6th and it's all the way in California. I have tried calling several times it says too high of call volume. I finally got through today and asked why my item was in California when they are "supposedly" in KY well they are not there they are located over seas and my item has a delivery date of May 11th now! The rep could only say when it leaves them its out of their hands well it left them April 30th! That means they are over seas just be honest where you are located and how long delivery really will be! Never again! My weekend is ruined it was a gift for my sister from out of town and my nephew was murdered so I wanted to give her this as a mother's day gift now I have to wait and mail it to her when it gets here! Hope it looks like it says at least!

I ordered a personalized phone case after a few weeks of it being on the processing I called customer service was told it would be shipped 3 to 5 days 6 days came still was showing processing called back she giggled when I told her what I had been told the previous Monday she said oh I'm sorry we were told to tell you that so in other words you were told to lie to me! So yesterday I finally got my case it's not the one I ordered it's not my name & totally isn't the design I had chosen. When I contacted them via Facebook messenger their excuse was the products were being shoved in the envelopes so does that mean other people are going to get the wrong case! NEVER AGAIN I've including pictures of the one I ordered compared to the one I got

They made me wait months blaming COVID for why the post was slow and then why it got lost then refunded my money but it was less then I paid and when I bought this to there attention they stopped replying. Half the people get there item the other half don't and they refund stealing money from you, it's only because I checked my banks money paid to money returned that I realised this. Do not trust this scamming company.
I like this company but they need more hair styles and skin tones for black and people of color what about if we have dread locs, long braids or we wear our hair in top knot buns but my hair is kinky I seen no opinions and the hair that did look a little more curly was horrible I have a light brown skin tone I'm not to light and I'm not dark and literally selecting my color I only had the option to go light or shades that's way darker then my natural skin tone I was up set honestly

Answer: Although I was advised it would take a minimum of 2 weeks, perhaps longer as it was during the holidays, I actually received them in about a week!
Answer: Although the order was in US$, the product was delivered from New South Wales in Australia within 2-3 days. I'm not sure where the ceramic mugs come from, but the personalised pics and labels would have to have been done within Australia, to be delivered so quickly.
