I ordered 2 11oz mugs of the same design on Dec 2nd from the Gossby website. 1 is intended for a gift and the 2nd one WAS for me. Gossby shipped the order at a good time but it arrived today a week late due to UPS shipping my order to a different state after it arrived in my state ready to be handed to the post office for final delivery. After opening the order, one mug (bottom in picture) was correct but the other was completely wrong (top in picture). The mug I ordered looks good so happy with that ONE... Customer service is horrid... there is no phone number to call and between emailing and the live chat option they are no help. Im just lucky I have one correct to give to who I intended it for... as of right now I have only received 1 response from the company giving evidence that my order was not right.
A friend of mine showed me her coffee mug which was given to her by her sister. It was beautiful I loved it. I ordered a mug for my sister and myself in memory of my mother. The mug was beautiful so I ordered 2 mugs for my daughter and myself. They are exactly what I wanted. Then I ordered 3 mugs for Father's Day and I gave one to my sister and myself. My next order will be for my son then for my grand children. This is something they can use daily and be reminded how much I love them. Thank you ….
Like everyone has posted their customer service team SUCKS I have been trying to reach them for weeks trying to edit my mug just for them to tell I only had 12 hours to do so after I placed my order which I contacted them right after and never heard back. To top it off the mug scripture came out lopsided nothing like the actual picture at this point I just want my money back. Shouldn't be this much trouble to get ahold of somebody and get this crap. So not worth the money.
I sent the 3 sisters mug to my youngest sister for Christmas. She said it was beautiful and reminded her how much she misses us. It was very sentimental for her. I was very pleased that it touched her heart.

We decided to give gossby a chance and we ordered a mug for our Dad for Father's day. We ordered it a month in advance and didn't open it until a few days before father's day. It was suppose to be a mario mug with 3 kids names on it. When I opened the box, it was a dragon ball mug with one child's name on it. We got ahold of customer service and although they sent a new one, it did not get to us in time for father's day so our dad was ultimately without a gift. When the mug did arrive, over a week later, it was packaged in a styrofoam box with no newspaper or tissue paper holding it steady inside. I'm glad it arrived unbroken but I don't think I could order from Gossby again.

Buy this if you want a cute mask to hang somewhere, but not if you want one to wear. The graphics are well done, but the masks are poorly designed and gape at top and sides, making them totally useless for covid-19 prevention.
After being advised shipping of the customized ornament I ordered as a Christmas gift for my daughter was being expedited by a manager, it finally arrived the day AFTER Christmas. Ordered November 11th. Should have ordered from A Gift Customized whose shipping was really quick. A total waste of my time and money. Lesson learned.

It took over 2 months. First mug was lost in the postal system, second mug took almost a month to arrive. Once I notified Gossby of the issue there was no rush to get me the replacement order. In fact I had contact them the second time to remind them that they needed to send the replacement order.
I have ordered a variety of products from Gossby for myself and gifts. So far I have purchased coffee mugs, tumblers, ornaments, Canvas, t-shirts and keychains. Everything has been beautiful and of excellent quality. Everyone that has received a Gossby gift from me has loved it. I look forward to more products from Gossby!
The picture came out exactly as to how we look based on my design. I bought one for me and for my daughter as a rememberance. I also purchased one for my niece showing her and her 3 cats of which one is in heaven. It came out beautiful.

When my mom passed away, I bought a coffee cup from this place.On it was a likeness of me & my mom.The reason I got it was to remember my mom. She would always drink Folger s coffee all day. Now I have a cup with her every day.

I like the design idea so I bought myself and wife one, but the sewing isn't properly done one side pocket is very large and the other your hand barely even fits.the whole for the neck on a 3x is very small and my neck isn't overly large

After advertising that they would honor all there orders for Christmas if you order by December 14th! I ordered on December 6th. I finally got in touch with someone today who said I can't promise you will have it by Christmas! I asked to speak to a supervisor and told that was not possible. I ask that the order be sent in an expedited manor since it was processed and made already. I was told that was not an option. Never ever ever again!
Personalizing made this realistically look like us. My mom was thrilled and is going to display for all to see.

They sent the wrong item, it took 3 emails for them to understand (1st response was an email to say how pleased they were that I was happy with my order! 2nd was to say that they were sorry I hadn't received my item but the tracking showed it was delivered!).
When I finally managed to get them to actually read my email and understand that the order was wrong they offered to send the correct item but refused to reimburse a customs fee (almost £14) which I would have to pay to receive the correct item.
Absolute cowboy company - avoid at all costs.
I ordered the heart plaque very disappointed with the quality. The writing is so so so small you can't read the names you can't even see the drinks in their hands. I sent in photos so they couldn't read the names because they are so small they asked for a close up photo so I asked you want me to zoom in so you can read the names and they said yes. How crazy is it so guess they will say when you zoom they can read the names so this is their way of not giving me a refund. I am very dissatisfied with what I received I have asked to send back and get refund but so far no luck. I am in the process of disputing charge.

The design was printed nicely but it was printed very small on the onesie. It looked like it was going to be much bigger when I was ordering online. It could have been bigger. And the onesie itself was pretty small compared to other 12mo size clothes I have, but it still fit.

Answer: No they scam half their customers so any good review is so they can keep scamming people
Answer: Although I was advised it would take a minimum of 2 weeks, perhaps longer as it was during the holidays, I actually received them in about a week!
Answer: Although the order was in US$, the product was delivered from New South Wales in Australia within 2-3 days. I'm not sure where the ceramic mugs come from, but the personalised pics and labels would have to have been done within Australia, to be delivered so quickly.
