HORRIBLE I ordered mugs for a gal pal's birthday back in april - looked like they would be the perfect give, instead Gossby is the biggest pain in the neck. I have no mugs, its september, every 4 weeks i am trying to track my order and get customer service to tell me something_ anything. All they do is close my ticket so that i don't get a bunch of emails
"I will close your ticket for now. The ticket will always open if you will message us. The reason I closed the ticket so you won't get any automated email every 24 or 48 hours"
Horrible. Stay away!
When my mug arrived the image was positioned too close to the handle and the names were blurry and difficult to read. To Gossby's credit they offered to redo and replace the mug but I declined. The text font that they used for the names is cursive script and quite small and a replacement seems to just be a waste of resources as it will likely be the same. 2 stars for the product 5 stars for customer service, so 3.5 stars overall
I purchased my husband, dad, and brother the super daddio shirt for Father's day. Shirts are true to size. They turned out great. The only feedback I have is that the font with the letter K looks like an H. So it looks like it reads HAREN instead of KAREN. We know what it says, so we don't mind but it is a flaw in the font. We will order again and refer others to him. In fact, I will be ordering once my besties baby arrives!

Present for my granddaughter for Christmas. She fell in love with it as soon as she opened! Couldn't believe how well the details of her favorite dogs were. The ears! The curly tail! I love it and so does she!

So I ordered 3 masks from Gossby.com. They are cute, but beyond that they are useless! They do not even stay in place for 30 seconds. The only way to keep the mask over my mouth is to physically keep my hand on my mask. I sent a message to the company. They do not give refunds because they feel I should have known what to expect. They did offer to refund 20% of the cost of shipping. That is a joke! I bought a cup from them before, and I like it. I definitely will not buy anything from them again. The masks are a waste of money, and their customer service is non existent.
I had been saving Gossby's Facebook page wanting to order for my sisters birthday in March. Thinking it would take awhile I ordered early. What Service I got from Gossby! She had her picture within a week of my ordering it and didn't mind her birthday present being early. Next month I'm ordering a picture for my best friend and his family. Irate you a lot higher than 5 if I could. GREAT JOB GOSSBY!

These cups turned out so well! I bought three of them one for me and both of my daughters. They also absolutely loved their cups, they both started crying. I am so glad I found these. I may order some for my sisters too. They were sent very quickly also!

I want to warn people not to buy the personalized wine glass. The wine glass quality was satisfactory but the personalization was poor. The names and state outlines were incredibly small. I spent thirty dollars on a glass I could have purchased at a dollar store. I wasted my money because I will not be sending this gift to my bff.

Earlier this year I ordered an acrylic plaque for my dog that had just passed and A Christmas ornament. The 1st Christmas ornament came miss printed The 2nd and 3rd one was broke. Has anyone else had this problem. It's aggravating. I Just received my 2nd plaque today and as you can tell in the photo it's miss printed so I put it in for another replacement that will make 3 times.

I purchased the t- shirt for my daughter & it looks perfect! I was able to have 2 of our dogs who passed away & our 3 dogs we still have sitting with her. I can't wait to give it to her on her birthday!

I got a personalized mug as a gift for someone and the print on the mug was fuzzy and low quality. The image itself was also really dark and I feel, not an accurate clear representation of what I ordered. I'm dissapointed that more of the details are lost and that the words are fuzzy.
I probably won't order another personalized mug but I did receive my order and the company was incredibly communicative during the entire process of delivery. My issues are with the quality of the product, not the actual company.

I ordered a mug for Father's Day. The mug was so small. I didn't expect that, since the mug they advertised was for men, not for kids. So my husband unfortunately couldn't use it. The quality of printing leaves much to be desired.

Check your shirts when they arrive! I ordered two shirts, one for myself and one for my wife, for our sons birthday. They were the same exact shirts, just different sizes. On my shirt, the graphic was on the front, how it should be. But on my wife's shirt, the graphic was on the back. I didn't return it, as it was too close to my son's birthday, but Gossby should pay attention to their paying customer's orders.

During the process of arranging for a replacement, the Gossby customer service team were always very prompt with their replies and very courteous while making sure that I eventually received my mug. The quality of the product was excellent, and the value for my money was also very good. But I am most impressed with Gossby's exceptional level of customer service.

I ordered two items to commemorate the loss of two pets, when the items arrived there was some misspelled words. I contacted the company via live chat at which time the person on the chat with me assured me the company would replace the items at no charge to me. A few hours later i got another message from the same person stating that the company would not replace them free of charge but that i would have to pay a discounted rate for my items that they messed up on.
Therefore, having me pay for my items twice even though the mistake was thiers

These are so adorable and original! They are very customizable, and have many options. You can't really change the body type and sizes of the people, but there's so many hairstyles to choose from! You can choose the quote on the back, skin color, name, clothing, hairstyle, hair type, and hair color. You can also choose a drink for them to hold in their hand, and you can add a hat if you want.

I ordered a sweatshirt with my two dogs on the back. When I received the sweatshirt, the background was black and my dogs are black so the picture looked as if there were no dogs. The sweatshirt also had stitching that was coming undone. I contacted customer service. They were so nice and helpful. The design was redone and I had a new sweatshirt in less than a week. Nice company to deal with and very nice product.

Answer: No they scam half their customers so any good review is so they can keep scamming people
Answer: Although I was advised it would take a minimum of 2 weeks, perhaps longer as it was during the holidays, I actually received them in about a week!
Answer: Although the order was in US$, the product was delivered from New South Wales in Australia within 2-3 days. I'm not sure where the ceramic mugs come from, but the personalised pics and labels would have to have been done within Australia, to be delivered so quickly.
