$1,500 defective bag. 3 emails. 0 replies. I wish I had read the reviews on Reddit and Trustpilot before ordering from GOOP—my experience mirrors the many others describing the same silence and lack of accountability. Despite sending multiple, detailed emails with photos, videos, and proof of purchase, I've received no response whatsoever. Being responsive to customers—especially when selling luxury goods—is basic ethical business practice. Yet GOOP seems to have a track record of ignoring customers entirely, not just me. It's unacceptable for a company positioning itself as "premium" to operate this way. Frankly, there should be a news segment about this pattern. And an FTC investigation. GOOP sells an image of integrity and conscious commerce, but the real customer experience consistently tells a very different story. They post daily on social media but repeatedly avoid addressing genuine customer issues.
Polished feed. Rotten ethics. It's terrifying that a business this negligent is still operating and taking customers' money. If you want quality, accountability, and basic client service, shop elsewhere. GOOP is not standing behind its products or its promises. Consciously corrupt.

Worst company ever. Horrible product and horrible service. I spent nearly $150 on a vibrating necklace. And it doesn't even vibrate! It won't even hold a charge it won't do anything at all, it's pathetic. And they won't refund me because it said final sale.

I made the first order from Goop and bought a detox bath salt and amid acid shampoo & conditioner. I am very surprised that the quality is bad. The bath salt doesn't dissolve and the hard salt irritates my butt skin so bad. I couldn't even sit down in the tub. Shampoo and conditioner, it's nothing special. It's expensive for nothing works. I will never order them again.

My answer to this question,I believe, is No! I am 67 years of experience. I have 5 child and the last 3 raised the last 3 on my own. 4 are now young women under the age of 30, and on young man, now 32, years of life. Some with college degrees some still working on it, and some are working to afford it. They all have worked two jobs and continue education, full and part-time. With that said, would the information be knowledgeable and benefit to them? No nothing that they could not look up and explore on the Internet themselves. Plus, the prices for products are nothing that they would value to pay so much money for. They are all proud to be Americans. There is nothing there that I would spend my hard-working money for. That I can't find on the Internet for a lower price. The end.

The products are ridiculously over priced. Even if i had a million dollars, i still wouldnt even purchase any. Who buys these things? You can buy a good organic chapstick for like 2 dollars. On goop its like 30 or 40 dollars! Its absolutely insane...guys please spend your money somewhere else and dont get robbed by this greedy

This takes manufacturing a demand to new levels of ingenuity. It did smell quite nice though. Ouch!

No response and terrible customer service. You you pay a fortune and the jar is only half full! Ridiculous!

I have been meaning to write this review for a while but time got in the way.
DONT waste your $50 or $60. The body butter is like something you buy in the $1 store, It is sticky and it sinks.
I love body creams so I feel like I know something about them. I like Gleneth so I trusted her but this is just a money scam for her.

So I bought the bath salt, super expensive but fine I guess. Just now I followed all the instructions, put one cup in the bath under warm running water, but it stained the bath AND me black. I had to use special cleaning tools just to get it off, took around 30 minutes for just the bath, and another 20 for me. It's horrible, do not recommend!

I LOVE Goop face/eye products. I diligently follow Gwenyth's morning and evening routines (as shown on the Goop website online videos). I've used the products only for about 2.5 weeks so far and ALREADY notice a large difference in that my bags are much smaller, circles are lighter, and I really don't even see my crowfeet lines anymore. Amazing! Thank you, Gwenyth and your Goop Scientists. My face skin is firmer, cleaner, and brighter than ever. I bought all the morning/evening products with hopes of more moisturized skin, and I ended up with so much more. Please don't ever discontinue your products! Sincerely, Andrea Woll (Fairlawn, Ohio)

At $60 a bottle for olive oil I was expecting it to come in good shape. The bottle was completely bent, dented, and distorted. I was hoping it would hold up for the price, super bummed. Took quite a while to ship with terrible customer service and no tracking, my package was put through the ringer before it finally got to me.

Don't waste your $$$. I purchased the trio lip gloss. One came melted. Used the others and found it very light and didn't stay on at all.

This has been a nightmare trying to return a purchase. No one, no matter when I call during their so called busines hours will answer the phone. They don't even give you a chance to leave a message. I feel as if I have been taken for my money. The customer service line doesn't work either. I am believing this business is a scam. People, don't buy anything from them.

I received a broken glass tea kettle today which is disappointing in itself. I then soon discovered that they want to charge me a $10 shipping fee for the return, the company also did not include a packing slip, Lastly in order to return the tea pot I am to repackage it and then stand in line at the US post office. Everything about this experience was just horrible! I won't be shopping Goop at all in the future.

I bought the double sided vibrator. Fully charged, DOESN'T WORK, never used, no returns. $95. What a rip.

I'm online looking a specific item. A vesper 24k Nekalce. I paid $174.00. The USPS driver never knocked in my door and claimed I wasn't home. Yet I was on the lookout and stayed home just to sign off on this package. I call and arrange a pick up at the USPS center. An hour later I got a notification saying sender requested a return. I go on the website to check my order status and all of my info is cleared and nonexistent. At this point I'm like WTF. I go to call to no avail, I email and it can't even be sent just stuck in que. I have tried to email from multiple accounts and to no avail. This is a $#*!ing scam. Yet they took my funds and have not issued a refund. I'm pissed beyond my control. If you are thinking to order than think again. A wise person learns from others mistakes. SMH in utterly disbelief that I am out if nearly $200.00

So I just had the opportunity to watch Gwyneth Paltrow's GOOP segment on the PRP facial and PDO Threads. I am so disappointed in what I saw. If this segment were to be compared to one of her candle scents it would have to be called This Smells Like My $#*!. What she shows is complete $#*! and not even accurate. Her PRP facial was super super $#*!ty and done with a $#*!ty system that is the equivalent of something you would find in a high school chemistry lab. No safety glasses or mask worn by the provider doing the procedure either. They claim to have done PDO Threads and in reality showed PDO Cogs, not threads. Cogs are a pretty aggressive treatment and NOT a good representation of how easy PDO Thread placement can be. Plus the woman looked horrible after the Cogs were placed. In my personal opinion Gwyneth Paltrow should stick to making candles and if she ever decides to do another segment on PRP or PDO Threads perhaps seek out real professionals who not only do what they say they are going to do, but do it correctly. I firmly believe her segment will scare the $#*! out of my clients and unfortunately prevent them from trying these amazing procedures. I can not stress how horrible this segment.

Jade vaginal egg $60? Crazy. The same item is on eBay for £3.74 AND you get 3 different sizes.
Sorry but Goop is simply a rip-off. Same applies to their other jade and Rose quartz items
They also say their ingredients are ethical - no they are not! Rose quartz items come from large quarries in Madagascar where workers are in unsafe conditions and work for pennies. Then they are sent to China and formed in Large factories. Goop LIES and needs shutting down
