Purchased a product that had quality issues, multiple email outreaches, no response. How is Gwenyth's name on this?
Ordered christmas cards and another non custom item thru them. Customer service is non existent/incompetent - they had confirmed they would cancel the order (after much difficulty trying to reach them - they said "Our phones are broken) but instead fulfilled it TWO MONTHS later after I already got the items from a different stores and had canceled thru them.
